Cyberlux's EverOn to be Sold by One of the World's Largest Retailers
Initial EverOn order by Major retailer is the first of a national retail roll-out campaign for this ingenious alternative to the common flashlight

Jul 31, 2006 10:00:00 AM
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., July 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cyberlux Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CYBL), a leading provider of LED lighting solutions, announced today that it has received the largest order in the company's history for the EverOn by one of the world's major retailers. The initial EverOn orders will provide product supply for a retail rollout to several hundred stores throughout the United States.

"This is a major material event for our company and we are absolutely thrilled with this initial order and the additional orders we are expecting. For contractual reasons, we are unable to name the retailer at this time but we hope to launch a joint marketing campaign when the EverOn hits the stores," said Mark D. Schmidt, president and chief operating officer of Cyberlux. "The EverOn product is clearly revolutionary and positioned to replace the flashlight, and this significant sales order signifies that the EverOn is the must-have lighting product for all consumers."

The EverOn uses the latest solid-state lighting technology using four AA batteries and is 75 percent more energy efficient than conventional incandescent flashlights. During a blackout, the EverOn provides more light and is much safer than a candle. Designed originally to provide homeowners with portable, long-lasting, emergency lighting during the hurricane season, the EverOn is a sturdy, virtually indestructible lighting product that provides over 60 hours of comfortable room-filling light on the medium setting and over 30 hours of bright white light on the highest setting, all in a 7-inch by 3.5-inch by 2.4-inch package.

Bought 100K shares at .0605/.061
Stock has some overhead supply to chew through, but I think news is probably strong enough to get it done.

Cyberlux Introduces the FocusOn Light to Nationwide Distribution
The FocusOn(TM) illuminates real estate "For Sale" signs and is a key addition to a growing LED product line for consumers

Aug 2, 2006 12:47:00 PM
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., Aug. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cyberlux Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CYBL), a leading provider of LED lighting solutions, announced today a new addition to its growing product line -- the FocusOn(TM). FocusOn(TM) is a patent-pending solid-state lighting product designed to illuminate "For Sale" signs at night so that home sales continue after dark.

"This is a dynamic addition to our product line and is a value-added sales tool for property owners and real estate brokerage companies. The product has been previewed with major retailers and selected franchised real estate brokerages. The FocusOn will be sold in hardware stores and home improvement outlets for use by property owners and direct to residential real estate brokerages for agency sales," said Mark D. Schmidt, president and chief operating officer of Cyberlux. "With our recent distribution announcements for our other state-of-the art products, the introduction of the FocusOn furthers our commitment to gain momentum in consumer and commercial markets."

The FocusOn(TM) operates on 4 D-Cell batteries, lighting both sides of the sign. Using a microprocessor controlled timer, the lights operate for 4 hours per night for more than 30 days on one set of batteries. The FocusOn(TM) features two light heads that fold out to an optimum lighting distance from the sign's face and contain two super-bright energy-efficient solid-state LEDs that illuminate the sign. The unit is encased in a waterproof cylinder that is secured to the horizontal sign support with a clamp channel and plastic tie straps.
