i'm out at .03
maybe too early, but at this point the RSI is way up/overbought. last filing even said something about pps being .027

but MOSTLY, this morning's action was totally frontloaded on a pre-PR basis cuz after the PR release, the stock barely moved. other than momo and in consideration of the good run this play had last week, it seemed fishy to me that the buyback PR didn't add another 50% to the pps by EOD. makes me think, whoever was buying already knew about it, thus when news came there weren't any true retail buys out there willing to jump in on this news. either that, or lack of upward movement could have been designed to stall/scare holders out for a new run in. i dunno, just smelled wrong to me.

Looks like RSI reset near EOD but does look like the balloon is deflated now. Could have a good bit of action tomorrow though. There has been a few PR's close together IMO that have added to it and that could have been a smoke screen for their buying. I wouldn't like to think that but can't rule it out. Once we get closer to the AF this should start drawing more attention.

boo, though, would you agree or not (yes or no... no politics) that this morning's action was heavily frontloaded (ie., insider info/trading going on)? if not, i might buy in again tomorrow... as it will very possibly have an early morning assault (pps increase) on momo alone.
as for me the 180 day buyback is a LONG f'n time in pinkieland. way beyond normal and way beyond my rules of holding pinks/bb's.
imo, there's no f'n way in hell that buyback on the open market is going to take place now (or anytime in the near future) cuz they're not going to buy back in NOW... the pps is way to high. they'll be SMART and wait for the momo and pps to drop and then outta nowhere they'll jump in and up it goes (periodically, of course). then, once they've truly bought back (if they do, which i humbly believe they will), then the sharp increase in pps will begin cuz there's no way they're gonna buy back and watch this play sit at .02 to .03 levels. at that point, they're gonna wanna see it hit .10 to .20.
so for now and only as of today :-) i'm out for those (and other) reasons stated above. as for those still in... OF COURSE... i hope you make tons/sh!tloads of money. just smells like rank pu$$y to me right now.

Okay, chart shows potential for some more action, MACD is the one depressor for me right now since they are spreading out downward. If they were closer together I would say this looked like a big spike in the AM but I don't see it. I see what you are saying 100%. They have been building to this point so I wouldn't be surprised to see plant pick up a bunch for a pre-AF run. Support levels are .012 to .016 and we aren't that much above that to rule out another support level. Resistance is pretty strong on the way to .05. Product supports growth IMO but most still want that AF before committing. Seems to be the new game "Hey we're getting an AF! BUY BUY BUY!" Only DD can save your arse in that game. I would cover on this one and see where it goes. I put my guess earlier and your post made me double check.
Anyway, the mommo has it for a couple days. Good luck. maybe they'll use a scented douche before open. LOL

because of the obvious: REALITY

unless you're in a play like FHAL turn CSHD and got in at roughly .05 with $10,000 dollars (200k shares) on the play and then sold at all time high of $4 (maybe $3.90 on the bid), then forget about quitting your day job.
get real mad, this is pinkieland, and unless you have a sh!t-ton of money into this crazy play and are erroneously expecting it to move to a buck from here (NEVER gonna happen... in a reasonable time frame, IF EVER, PROLLY NEVER)... then just keep trading and know when to sell. all, jmho, of course. but, with this particular play... um, no.

and as far as short term vs. long term...
it's only my personal trading strategy, but i've learned all too well (been burned too many times) that holding pinks for too long is 99% a liability rather than an asset.
(look at the people still in CSHD just for starters and please don't tell me that this one is 'different')

overall, as if it hasn't been stated enough on every forum in the book, TAKE PROFITS WHEN PROFITS ARE THERE...
bulls make money
bears make money

glty,

I totally agree with the part about short term vs. long term. In penny stocks... you take your profits when they are there exactly as Phat Man said. Of course there are some exceptions, but you can't base your strategy on exceptions and on expecting and wishing for stuff to happen, unless you have a good reason to, like insider's info and all, but this is in the illegal part we're not gonna get into.

********** Identifies Short Selling of 102 Million Shares of CyberKey Solutions Stock
Oct 31, 2006 8:31:00 AM

ST. GEORGE, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/31/06 -- CyberKey Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CKYS) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public that ********** has determined that the total aggregate number of CyberKey shares shorted from January 2005 to October 2006 is approximately 102 million with an estimated dollar value of $2.3 million.

The SqueezeTrigger price of $0.0227 is the volume-weighted average short price of all short selling in CKYS over that period. A short squeeze began when shares of CKYS closed above $0.0227 and short sellers started losing money. To access SqueezeTrigger prices ahead of potential short squeezes visit http://www.**********. This information is valuable in determining the precise point at which short sellers go out-of-the-money and start losing on their short and naked short trades.

"Short selling, especially 'naked' short selling, is a drain on the investment community and robs millions of dollars from investors. It also significantly reduces the ability of small cap companies to raise capital for their operations. By identifying the fact that there is a short position, we hope to address the issue and see a more accurate share price," stated Jim Plant, CEO of CyberKey Solutions, Inc.

CyberKey Solutions, Inc. recently announced that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a stock buyback program of up to $1 million of its common stock over the next 180 days. The share repurchase will be funded using the company's existing cash balance and future cash flows. The share repurchases will occur through open market purchases, privately negotiated transactions and/or transactions structured through investment banking institutions as permitted by securities laws and other legal means.
