OK.. Maybe I should be buying more for Upcoming financials and OTCBB news in the coming week?
hmm..

"NEW YORK, June 13, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- W2 Energy Inc., a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce it has approved an expansion of our pilot plant to include an integrated catalytic micro GTL (gas-to-liquid) system. The system, which will be designed to take full advantage of our GAT reactor, will greatly reduce project cost and time-to-market.

Mr. Michael McLaren states, "Up until now W2 Energy has been utilizing third partly GTL technology that was costly and somewhat difficult to integrate to our GAT reactor." He also stated, "Now with our own proprietary technology we can tailor it to fit our needs perfectly and significantly reduce our capital cost of the projects as well as our time to market." He further stated, "By having our own proprietary micro GTL technology we are also able to fully take advantage of the high efficiency of the GAT reactor and produce a better liquid product for a much lower cost per barrel."

W2 Energy continues to push forward on the scale-up construction of our 100 BBD plant as well as actively seeking new opportunities for our large scale plants as well as joint ventures and licensing opportunities. With our new system W2 Energy will be able to deliver samples to satisfy the terms of our letters of interest for production quantities faster.

W2 Energy currently has approximately USD$1.7 Billion in production requests for their diesel product. "

WWEN is still trading at such low prices with so much potential while other alternative energy stocks that are still losing money are trading multiples times higher?

WWEN O/S 97,500,000 $0.13
XSNX O/S 111,300,000 $0.79
DYMTF O/S 50,000,000 $1.23

FOR THOSE FASCINATED BY THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY :

The present article reports a new gliding arc (GA) system using a reverse vortex flow ("tornado") in a cylindrical reactor (gliding arc in tornado, or GAT), as used to preserve the main advantages of traditional GA systems and overcome their main drawbacks. The primary advantages of traditional GA systems retained in the present GAT are the possibility to generate transitional plasma and to avoid considerable electrode erosion. In contrast to a traditional GA, the new GAT system ensures much more uniform gas treatment and has a significantly larger gas residence time in the reactor. The present article also describes the design of the new reactor and its stable operation regime when the variation of GAT current is very small. These features are understood to be very important for most viable applications. Additionally the GAT provides NEAR-PERFECT thermal insulation from the reactor wall, indicating that the present GAT does not require the reactor wall to be constructed of high-temperature materials. The new GAT system, with its unique properties such as a high level of nonequilibrium and a large residence time, looks VERY PROMISING for many industrial applications including fuel conversion, carbon dioxide conversion to carbon monoxide and oxygen, surface treatment, waste treatment, flame stabilization, hydrogen sulfide treatment, etc. ©2005 American Institute of Physics

They'll form a bottom, that's when you enter, this hasn't done that yet. But if I was going to "chase" a stock, I'd rather chase it up, then down. MO

Maybe toward the release of the financials, they won't look pretty due to the fact there are no revs yet but audited financials should prove there is approx. 20 mil. that has been invested in the technology and that should o us some good. Now let hope they follow through with the numbers as most companies say they will but never do.

pretty normal thing here...Run up, then bigest drop first few days...MM's then widdle it down 1-2 pennies per day after.

Anyone have any predictions of what affects of the financials and move to OTCBB will have on this stock?

We already know that when AMEX lingers, this thing will push towards the moon LOL, so what about these other two?

IMO, this will drop possibly even lower than where it was at before the run started at $0.04-$0.05/share. This run did not go as high as the last so I do not expect it to hold I higher price after.

I do not think it is a real reflection of what the shareholders believe the value is, but more of the MM's "falling leaf" thing they seem to do with all stocks after they go up.

Again, I am just not sure what kind of change will happen by publishing financials and moving to the OTCBB will have. Hoping to hear some replies on that.

The last I heard, he sold most of his holdings in the $0.30's and is letting about 100k shares run.

Maybe he's playing a little Shaq in the NBA Finals...

Woo Hoo!
I had a little doubt today because there were so many bashers on IHUB.
The fact of the matter is that this company is sitting on an amazing technology with huge potential of changing the energy industry.
The only question is whether this company is legit or not.
Anyways, the doubts I had today encouraged to do more DD on this company and their technology :
Here's more info on this technology and their current project with Drexel University.

i saw the post from the conference. Just working on my dd a bit. 11207000 market cap from 8/4/06 devided by 200M auth shares is a .056035 pps. using only the OS it is .1150 rounded up. Be nice to have a current filing because at the 03 level .... well, lets see if someone can figure that out because I'm all over the place.

I think between juice, domain311, jimmy mac, newbie7, and invester there should be a lot of dd here that isn't just from PR's. I couldn't find the link between w2 and drexel Un. that should be easy to find if they were a contributor.
any of you students there by chance??

I was wondering why a Canadian company would target a US University to seek financing from. Maybe it has to do with the people associated with W2.
