LTM--I'm hoping that this is it...that the deal will be done and the symbol change will happen this week. Remember that just before the last run, just before they announced the definitive merger agreement, the pps started slowly creeping up. We are not exactly flying here sitting at .01 with low volume, but considering that we have been down around .007 for quite a while now and we have now seen this recent little jump tells me that maybe somebody knows something and something will happen soon, just like last time. Except this time the run will be a lot bigger than last time...imho... :-)

MIAMI BEACH, Fla., July 25, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- UniverCell Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:UVCL.OB - News) and Daytona Brands, Inc. announced today that they have mutually cancelled the definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger.
Daytona Brands was unable to bring mutually acceptable financing and the deal has been mutually cancelled. UniverCell has been in discussions with other backup candidates for a merger that would bring increased shareholder value. There are several candidates including one particular candidate with whom we expect to execute an LOI shortly,'' Sean Y. Fulda, UniverCell's Chief Executive Officer, stated.

I'm not very happy, but I think Sean did the right thing pulling the plug on this if they didn't have good financing. If he let them do this deal with toxic financing (death spiral convertibles) we'd lose ALL value.
And about the last one - Bigstring - looked how bad their stock tanked 3 months out of the gate.
He's a shrewd businessman - and he has a LOT more to lose than any of us. I trust him to find the "RIGHT" candidate, and if it takes more time - what can we do? I'm not selling for a 70% loss. My average this time around is .018.I think the stock will tank at open and probably close in the .006's.
Also - isn't it funny how these f'ing Market Makers KNOW when bad news is coming and start tanking a stock a few days before the news even hits? How the hell do they get that info? If we had it and used it - WE'd go to jail....
Good luck - Maybe will see .05 on a good deal in the next 6 moths or so hopefully.......

Good! Looks like nobody sold today. The bad news was already priced in with the steady drop from .012 to .0072 over the past 6-7 trading sessions. I'd LOVE to find out how the hell those damn MMs find out Good AND Bad News DAYS ahead of us......?????

yup, still here. Just waiting for the next sniff of merger news. Could be a long wait. Hopefully not another year, though. Next time I think I'm selling as soon as we hit .02+. It may go higher, but I don't want to take any chances this time around. I think it will get there, but it may be months before any significant moves again.

oh wow...went away for a couple of hours after posting this morning and come back to find this! Yup enough to prove me absolutely wrong, and I am absolutely thrilled to say that I was wrong. Gryff: FYI - I'm new2stocks1 over on RB - I've kept it only because people think you're a liar or have ulterior motives, ie: pump or dump! But I'm now in my 5th year of trading....Time flies - I could have made millions off of this, Ibiz and a few other if I knew when the hell to sell! Good Luck!

yeah...I also have the same name here as on RB as you might have guessed...
I agree this stock certainly has the potential to make big bucks...for those who are patient and strong of heart...and timing is certainly everything here...
From everything I've read so far, Pure Romance sounds like a legit company, and if Sean can make this happen, we should all do well here. But we'll have to keep an eagle eye on developments, because this could explode at any time...

Well today stunk - My avg. is .013 (I recently bout another 240,000 at .0085 to average down what I had at .018 - I was UP $900 for a few minutes this moring! Now down $1500 again.... I hope it gaps over .015 in the morning - I'll sell in the first 5 minutes.....and buy back when they tank it again......

Hmmm - I was away Friday but see we're at a penny for some reason. But the way the MM's are lined up on both sides - we could go either to .02 or down to .005 in three seconds..... I hope Sean can make this deal work.

News MUST be coming, wouldn't you think? Especially with the MMs dragging the price down lately to probably grab more cheap shares for themselves, imo.....
It's nice to be up $1,400 this morning.... Only $814.30 til even! HeeHee (I have my sells in at .018 and .02 for a nice profit - I'm not going to get greedy this time...... Remember - we only got to .015 (and that was to BUY only), on the PureRomance announcement.... (Watch it finally go back to .05 within an hour of me selling, LOL)
