Company to Issue 210,000,000 Restricted Rule 144 Shares to Acquire All the Assets of Grand Valley Telecommunications
LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--May 30, 2006 -- Bicoastal Communications, Inc. (Other OTC:GARS.PK - News) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Grand Valley Telecommunications. Bicoastal Communications will issue 210,000,000 shares of its Rule 144 restricted common stock for all the shares of Grand Valley telecommunications, a private company headquartered in Colorado. Bicoastal will complete a ticker symbol and CUSIP number change as soon as possible. At this time there is no reverse stock split planned for the shares.
The assets of Grand Valley Telecommunications include: Navacore LLC and Calling Point Digital Phone Service, which includes a CLEC, VoIP services and an ISP. The company operates in a $16 billion a year industry.
Hale Hitchcock, previously CEO of Bicoastal Communications, has resigned. Effective immediately, Mr. William Hubbartt will assume the position of President and CEO. More information will be forthcoming as it is available.
