4D Seismic (FDSM) Awarded Contract for Humble Oil Field
HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/12/06 -- 4D Seismic, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FDSM) has been awarded a contract to develop 4D seismic data for Clayton Ivy in Houston's Historic Humble Oil field.
The Humble Oil fields are still active and have produced over 138,835,590 barrels of oil. Humble Oil started in these fields, changing its name to Exxon in a mid 1960s restructuring, and merging with Mobil in 1998 to form ExxonMobil (XOM).
4D Seismic's agreement with Clayton Ivy calls for the company to reinterpret seismic data and adapt it to a 4D format for evaluating and determining possible undetected reservoirs in the Humble Oil field. Data migration should be completed within twelve months.
Clayton Ivy, Inc. is the mineral owner of over 100 acres in the Humble Oil field with 23 oil wells. 4D Seismic will be compensated by a fee for service and a participation in any discoveries. With fee income from this project, 4D Seismic will exceed its revenue and net income projections for fiscal 2006 by 40%.

Low floater, MMs will be forced to even out the ASK. Its a scare tactics on MMs part, because this company's Float is so low! 80% of all the orders that came in has been at ASKs (sales). IMO, this one has potential for a run.

talked to Najvar (says its pronounced "Nai-var"); says the old go-kart company was bought out and main funding is via a Texas investment company. According to him:
A/S = 100m O/S = 52m, of which 50m is restricted, owned by the investment company and officers/directors, plus 4.5% by the Asian investors (see preceding PR), leaving the float at 2 million.
Says a group came for a visit this morning, interested in maybe buying a block of restricted shares from the investment company...

want to talk with 'em some more, though...I would like the "IR" guy to be a little sharper...eg, I asked him how long have they been trading, and he kinda stumbled for an answer... could be, though, he's simply the best choice to man the phones...dunno, yet...

Nite moves back on just about any order. Would not surprise me if NITE has very few shares. Look for NITE to buy some shares making the price go up, so he has something to sell.

Like I said earlier I think someone used a Market order with no Bid support and it sent the stock from $1.50-.05 . I have seen this happen from time to time. Also this is a brand spankin new company as a result of a reverse mergerin earlier this year.
Now that there is attention on the stock and volume will send it soarin, its all up to the company to refrain from putting new shares on the market.
