Monkey, I don't follow you.. I can hardly be blamed for your affinity for POS highly dilutive stocks... I can hardly be blamed for the QBID pumping crew getting the promotional contract for this stock... I can be blamed for knowing about it though. No one says pos stocks can't move up.. One can say that knowing what kind of stock you are holding shares in is wise... That knowledge will assist you in hitting the sell button when the stock shows weakness...

Despite Despot's post regarding the 1st Q numbers, I have a hard time seeing BKMP as a POS stock. Here's why:
1) The many exciting developments that took place after the period those numbers cover. How many POS pinkies have a contract with Verizon? With Cingular? With every cable carrier in Canada? etc.?
2) How many POS pinkies seem perfectly placed to exploit a wildly growing sport with a product that practically sells itself?
3) And then there's Rasica's earlier post: BKMP is not behaving like a pinky. I think it's a fair conclusion that it's because they don't want to be a pinky. And they appear to have every duck lined up to stop being a pinky.
This is a real company that can make its executives outrageously rich--far more money than they could possibly make with reverse split / dilution pinky games. And most of the people on this board want to be along for the ride. Can you blame us?

Kermit, just because you see the logic of running a legit company doesn't mean the CEO of BKMP does.. I've seen a thousand different companies with stellar ideas take the quick cash from selling shares instead of marketing their idea.. Does it not suprise anyone that as per their last filing they had no advertising expenses?... Red flag...

relentless... counter to everything your saying though, fact or opinion, and understanding the downside risks involved as we all do, there's no saying that this POS with the current momo it has and upon announcement of US carriership couldn't AT LEAST do what RSHN did at the end of february through end of march. if it does what USXP did... well, that's another story. but, all financials/filings aside (this is the pinks remember :-) ... would you not at least agree that it has upside potential in the event of US carriership?

That's a good point Despot and I have heard warnings here and elsewhere about Sandy Winnick's baggage. But they seem to be making all the right moves and I've already made (on paper) a good deal of money from BKMP. So much has happened since March.
I'm still considering my various cash-out points, but I'm planning to leave about 25% of my shares in long term just to see what happens. I've made my bet and I'm happy with it.

How much office and advertising expenses should BKMP have?! What should they advertise? And what big offices should they need?!
Or do you think any of TFNs expenses would appear on BKMPs sheets?
The very single point of thought I have about all this is: They announced thinking about a buyback in december 2005, and started it in april 2006 or so. Hmm, according to their reports, they diluted by 8 bil shares, in the three months between these dates.
That's what doesn't make 100% perfect sense to me. But maybe, I've overseen something.

Most times in pinky land when a company suggests they are about to buyback the OS.. The OS actually grows during that time... The point is.. there is no buyback.. It is just a scheme to hype the stock.

BlackOr, you beat me to it. It's so obvious I'm a little embarrassed it took me so long to catch on--BKMP is a holding company. It has no product, its only value is in the value of its assets and its value fluctuates with the value of those assets. The main current asset is The Fight Network, another big potentioal asset, The Wagering Network.
Why would they advertise? They have no product. No one buys from them. The only reason to advertise is to pump the stock. No advertising suggests no manipulation of stock price, at least not by that route. That's not a red flag, it's a green one.
Why would they have a lot of expensive office equipment? They have no need for it. The fact that they don't have it suggests that they are budgetting wisely. Good for them.

I can't have more than one point? Sad I am.. How I had hoped to have more than one point.. The company has a net defecit around 22million.. they have a whopping eight thousand dollars worth of office equipment.. they have never advertised their product.. nor have they ever marketed the company... and somehow they have the money to do a buyback.. LOL.. you guys are just too funny.. Keep trying though... We'll see just how many of you are here after the RS..lol

I just talked to a reliable source who came from Canada and said that there are only two carriers to choose from and TELEUS is the best and most carried.
He also talked on how this style of fighting is blowing boxing out of the water. This is good reason to hang in there.
dilution no dilution means nothing when you are talking about buyers sentiment. That is what drives a stock and will always drive a stock, I don't care what's going on. Look at stocks that have run hard and high. RSHN (i like the stock) but it ran from .0005 on sentiment to .0099. PGPG ran from i think .02 or .01 and went up to .26 or .28. I am not picking on these two stocks because people own them, but my point is, that sentiment drove the stock and sentiment drove it back down. I could go on and on, but I have places to go and money to spend thanks to the bashers and crashers - doubters and pouters. GO BKMP!!!

I post snippets from the last filing and people act as if they have never seen them before..lol Yeah great DD he does.. He calls me misspelled names and then wanders off... This company has a horrible history.. Show me proof there ever was a stock buyback...

RD, I think we(shareholders) are going on alittle faith here. This is not going to be the next Microsoft. Google, etc. In pinky land nothing is certain. We are lucky enough that SW has came out with quarter and anually reports which most pinkys don't do. In a few months to a year we will find out who was right and who was wrong. Bash all you want, a smart investor would do his own research and not listen to the opinions of others on message boards. BTW, do you own any shares?
