Everyone is complaining, but not buying. The PPS can't move up without buying pressure. Most people sold out and moved on. It will take a solid PR to bring the money back to RSHN. Remember, the market as a whole has been horrible over the past 10 trading days or so. Most people are pulling their money out of a lot of stocks.

Like I told Chklingon a week or so ago, this is headed in the .001 - .0015 range. Thats where most people who bailed will see an opportunity to get back in and make serious profit. I bailed out back at .007 and never bought back.

.01 was the pivotal mark for most of these pennies including Rush, after that they go right back down where they started. Rush will run again but not from the 20's. Sorry to break anybody's hearts.

But of course you can keep buying as it goes down, it's your money.

I'll meet up with everyone at around $0.001-$0.0015, which will ultimately be my next entry point.

Cheers,

Mad

RSHN

RUSHNET INC
Daily Commentary

Our system posted a SELL CONFIRMED today. The previous BUY recommendation was issued on 06.02.2006 (4) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0030. Since then RSHN has fallen -13.33% .

SELL-IF is confirmed by a black candlestick with a higher open and a lower close. The selling price is the previous close ( 0.0029 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.

The recent bearish pattern leading to the SELL-IF signal is confirmed today. The market is poised for a bearish move. Though the market opened higher today, the day’s activity created a black candlestick that closed below the previous close. This is one of our valid bearish confirmation criteria.

The significant failure of the previous BUY signal is unfortunately confirmed too. Our shot went away this time. It is a fact that such signal failures are more unlikely for higher rated stocks, but it is not possible to deal with all the vagaries of the stock market. The signal system, however, continues to do an excellent job in the overall, despite such failures. This can be seen easily with a quick glance to the signal history table.

Selling was the right move today in order to prevent further losses, but we are sure that you may easily cover your losses (if any) by basing your future trades on our signal system. Your important benchmark today was the previous close. You were supposed to watch the session carefully, feel its bearish tendency despite the higher opening and sell your shares after making sure that the prices stay below the previous close.

If you sold, keep away from this stock until the confirmation of a new BUY-IF signal unless there is not an emergency warning. What to do if you did not already sell? Maybe, you did not have time to follow the session or you simply delegated the delicate job of confirmation to us. Well, it is a bit late, but not too late. You may still find suitable prices for selling your shares in the following sessions.

The market is an inviting one for short-sellers. Risk lovers may now go for short sale. The market is already moving on the side of shorts ignoring the confirmed bullish patterns.

To many people are willing to go down with the ship here. People get the life jackets out... I am listening to Stock Penny Radio and they just said this one will test .0020 and if solid financials do not come out soon it might see tripple zero again in the near future. I am getting the life jacket, life boat flares and everything else necessary to save my money... Guys this numb nuts Corr refuses to release financials on the company what does that tell you!!!!! Wish everyone the best....

Why isn't anyone here willing to entertain the idea that this was a well orchestrated pump and dump? I don't want to believe it, but if it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck . . .

I have not given up yet. Charts can change quickly, if a PR with some substance comes out. It could start trending up. I think it is do or die for Bob C. I don't think he wants his stock back under .0020, sure not .001. I just have a feeling a big PR will come out, and get some interest back in this stock. Just my opinion.

Oh for K-rist sakes folks, are ya done whining yet? People calling this a sh*t company, Corr a con artist, and the rest of us true longs are now called bag holders. Let's review: real products on shelves and in my fridge, steadily increasing distribution, funding for the next 18 months, and the list goes on. Now, can you provide the downside other than the fact that they aren't force feeding us prs like some others do? Have they lost contracts, avoided stockholders, filed for bankruptcy, closed up shop, or gone back to Myspace for advertising? You say you don't want fluff, yet you seem to want somebody to hold your hand at least once a week to make you feel better. I would feel much better knowing that they're out there doing business than sitting around writing prs to satisfy the short term investors. Hell yes I want numbers too, but when they're damn good and ready. Let them focus on making some good numbers before showing them. Otherwise, you'll get a pr about a truckload going out tomorrow or something. Part of the blame for the recent attitude goes to certain posters who come on here and tell everybody it's buy or cry time, don't get caught chasing, ect. too. Let's be serious. They way things are going, there should be plenty of time for buyers to jump onboard when things head back up, and they will eventually. Over hyping is just as damaging to any stock as bashers are. Anyway, I don't want to ramble all night but this "bag holder" has a firm grip and I'll be waiting for the ride back up whenever that might be. There are plenty of quick bucks to be made elsewhere but I truly believe this one is worth the wait. If you don't have the patience, then please move along unless you have some factual stats to bash with. Not just "con artist" sh*t company", ect. If you feel you must bail, don't hesitate. I'm sure I'm not the only one here that will be happy to take your shares if you're done with them. Sorry for the long post, but I feel better now.

Thanks I felt better just reading and knowing I didn't have to write the exact same thing you did. You can all call me a bag holder I bought at .073 and have averaged down a bit. I know over time it will pay off.

Stocks fall on rate fears, Dow clings to 11,000
6/6/2006 4:50:16 PM

By Caroline Valetkevitch

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stocks fell on Tuesday, taking the Dow below 11,000 for most of the afternoon, as investors grappled with the prospect of more interest-rate increases and slowing economic growth.

Grumpy I agree with you . . . but that run to a penny was a pump and dump!!! If you don't think so you are delusional!! That run was on hype alone, generated by a few here and other message boards. There are no real numbers to go on and nothing but fluff PR's. This stock is trading exactly where it should be.

Corr can change all that with some financials and signed contracts. Not letters of Intent.

Maybe pump and dump for a few. But with real products and a real strategy now-I like the long term chances here. I will be patient and get free entertainment watching a lot of these posts in the mean time.

There is a lot of pumping going on for this stock, I have also seen people on this message board recommend PHBT and it has a business address shared with a car detail shop. I don't think this stock will move again until next spring. This stock needs numbers or a length of time for people to forget about all the fluff, like next spring at the next expo.

Some will say real products real company, well, there are still people comparing gamez n flix with netflix, who's holding the bag. get out while you can.

A pump and dump?? Has the company (not the pps) moved forward or backward since the run? Did they increase distibution? Did they increase name recognition? Did they purchase a brewery? Did they land funds for needed for the FUTURE? Sure the run was fueled by hype from investors but isn't every run? Have you watched the recent big runners lately? They all get momentum from buyers working on hype and then the flippers are done, and reality sets in and they fade away again. The fact is that many of those were hyped on speculation as in how much oil they might find, how high the price of oil will get ect. This stock is based on a product in stores and a company working hard to get into more stores. Apples and Oranges comes to mind. Corr said what you needed to hear, not wanted to hear, in the interview. This is a long term play and patience is required but will be rewarded. People say they want the straight story and he handed it to you. Sorry if that wasn't what you wanted to hear.

I really can't understand why all the bashers/non-shareholders/bagholders are doing here...

If you have no interest in this stock and you feel it's going no where then why are you all wasting your precious time bothering to help all us idiots?

You have nothing helpful or knowledgeable to post so why don't you just move on.

We as longs know where this company is headed and if you aren't interested in this stock then go post on paim or something.

No one cares or wants you here......

Anyone who listens to the negative posters on this board should really just do their own DD.

Remember, the products are great and we haven't even tasted the Apple Rush and the ones to come yet. Do you think they are developing new products, got a new distributor, a new brewery all which is costing them major bucks all for nothing and for show? Be real people!!! The writings on the wall..Corr and Lynch are smart and have a good team working for them. I'm holding LONG and feel we will be rewarded, the only thing needed is patience, he has said this as well.

Those who want a get rich overnight need to go and seek elsewhere.
