ATWEC Technologies Generates Sales of KiddieVoice(TM) System Through Participation in Head Start Program Conference Held in Baton Rouge, LA in 2005
Tuesday March 21, 9:35 am ET

Portion of Proceeds From All Louisiana Head Start Sales Donated Back to Assist Gulf Relief Efforts

MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 21, 2006 -- ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) announced today that it has recently shipped the remaining units of a fairly large, staggered order for its KiddieVoice(TM) Child Safety Systems. The sale of these particular KiddieVoice units resulted from the Company's participation in a Head Start and Early Childhood Head Start Conference that was held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, last fall -- just weeks after Hurricane Katrina wreaked havoc on Louisiana's coastal regions. The KiddieVoice Systems were purchased by the Caddo Community Action Agency, a nationally recognized Head Start program, located in Shreveport, Louisiana.

As part of the arrangement, CEO of ATWEC Technologies Alex T. Wiley pledged a portion of all proceeds from any sales that resulted from the Company's participation in the Louisiana Head Start 2005 Conference be donated back to the region's Head Start affiliated programs. "We just did what anyone who had witnessed the terrible destruction of Katrina would have done," commented Wiley. "While the most observable damage from Katrina was clearly done in other regions, the children of all Louisiana have suffered from this tragedy."

According to State Library of Louisiana records, both Baton Rouge and Shreveport, Louisiana, suffered no direct damage as a result of the sixth largest Atlantic Hurricane on record.

ATWEC Technologies' KiddieVoice(TM) has -- to date -- been installed in buses and/or vans in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Wisconsin. ATWEC Technologies is proud to offer the highest quality and most durable child safety products in the industry. More information on ATWEC Technologies can be found on the Company's official website: www.atwec.com.

ATWEC Technologies Acquires Memphis-Based Security Monitoring Business
Wednesday March 22, 8:59 am ET

Company Adds Accounts With Recurring Revenues to Its Enhanced Security and Alarms Technology Business Model

MEMPHIS, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 22, 2006 -- ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of a Memphis-based Security Monitoring Company whose core business is the sales, installation and monitoring of residential security alarm systems installed at homes throughout the greater-Memphis area. Alarms that go off unexpectedly, and are not cancelled by the homeowner within a specified time frame, receive an immediate, armed 9-1-1 response, which is incited by representatives monitoring the alarm systems at the Company's central operations hub. According to CEO Alex T. Wiley, "This purchase marks a new beginning for our company, one of increased diversification for ATWEC into additional segments of the greater security and alarms technology market, and/or markets."

"ATWEC Technology's growth outlook for 2006 is quickly taking shape, as the Company is now commencing significant marketing and promotional efforts to help increase sales for both the child-safety products division, as well as our burgeoning security and alarms division, which we have recently added to the ATWEC family," continued CEO Wiley. "Presently, we are negotiating additional purchases of alarm monitoring assets. These assets in total could potentially add over 2000 recurring revenue accounts to the Company's bottom line."

The security monitoring industry is vast and appears to be underserved, at least by "locally run" agencies, in most regions of the United States. With this most recent acquisition, ATWEC now has the tools in place to further complement its child safety products and services with an increasing number of synergistic, security and alarms technology products and/or services. ATWEC Technologies intends to meet its projected sales and revenue numbers by continuing to grow both organically and through multiple acquisitions of smaller, regionally owned businesses in the security monitoring industry.

ATWEC Technologies' child safety alarm systems, to date, have been installed in pupil transportation vehicles in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Wisconsin. ATWEC's newly announced Security and Alarms Monitoring division has -- per this acquisition -- numerous residential accounts in the greater-Memphis area. ATWEC Technologies is proud to offer the highest quality services and most durable products in the security and safety products industries. More information on ATWEC Technologies can be found on the Company's website: www.atwec.com

Hi yahosef,

Don't know much about this one (for long term credibility). Surface look...

Upside - there is a need for their products, legislation followed (thus funding), contracts, Headstart.

Downside - same as upside, established competition.

Needs a lot more research to hold long. Numbers, people/relationships, product performance.

All IMO - I'll look into it.

ATWEC Establishes Master Dealership Network Throughout Midwest

Plans to Distribute Products in Seven Midwestern States Now in Place

MEMPHIS, TN -- 06/01/06 -- ATWEC Technologies (Other OTC:ATWT.PK - News) revealed today it has begun expanding its national presence through dealerships throughout the Midwest. Vice President of Sale/Marketing, Mr. C. Deagan has informed us these new dealers are extremely excited about carrying KiddieSystem's line of products. Numerous contracts between these new dealers and ATWEC Technologies have already been consummated as these new safety partners are rushing to climb aboard the child safety train.

"Our new dealers are the leaders in their industry. We are only interested in those groups who are conscientious about their professionalism and have a sincere concern about the safety of child day care transportation. These qualities are the benchmark not only for the installation of the best products, but for the ultimate quality in the installation process," said President/CEO Alex T. Wiley. This latest addition in our network expansion establishes a solid presence within the states of Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin.

"ATWEC's goal is to have a solid dealership base nationwide by year's-end. This expansion will offer a greater magnitude of distribution outlets for the complete KiddieSystem product line and an enhanced bottom line for the ATWEC Corporation," said Vice President of Sales/Marketing Mr. C.
