Not the first 9 mil. block to go through today. Might just be someone that felt like spending 35 grand because they know something good. I like those kind of trades, they give me a good feeling.
We make money soon enough.

Correct me if I'm wrong :

+/- 330 OS

minus 100 million they told us about
minus potential 100 million buy back
minus at least 15 million CEO
minus the restricted (+/- 50 million ?)

This means we're trading today half of the O/S that's left + the total float ? Something must be up.

SSGI just sat there all day, where did they get all those shares? If it was dilution mm's would of gapped it higher on that big vol. as they could of easily diluted at higher levels with this vol. something doesnt smell right. tomorrow should be interesting. this has an excellent history of rebounding when it becomes oversold like. todays huge vol may help it even more..

First Guardian Financial Corporation Exams Nobo List

First Guardian Financial Corporation (PINK SHEETS: FGFC), a Financial Holding Company specializing in short term high yield commercial real estate financing, leasing & business financing today announced that they have directed their accountants/auditors to exam their nobo list, as the company feels that trading in their securities is erratic and inconsistent with normal trading situations.

"We are very concerned with the trading patterns of the company's securities, and are in the process of reviewing all aspects of the company's trading activities, and will continue to do such as we are very concerned with the value of our securities," said Abraham Rosenman President First Guardian Financial Corporation

The company is a Financial Holding Company currently providing Commercial Real Estate Financing & Invests for its own portfolio in small to mid sized businesses. Its primary goal is to provide short term financing within the commercial real estate market and invest and or provide secured short term financing to businesses either in the start up stage or growth stage throughout the United States.

I couldn't get filled at .0039, .0040, .0041.

I got only 5000 at .0042 then the ask ticked up to .0043. I can't believe I had an order in at the ask and it didn't move for over 20 minutes.

Who knows, I'm getting filled ok the last couple of days, there large orders too, upwards of 500K at a time. Could be MMs playing games or your broker doesn't like you trading penny stocks...

There is a guy over at IHUB that is doing so much damage. One of those who says "I sold last week, but I'm trying to help you guys" kind of thing. He has so much "info" on why he sold, but continues to post the same thing over and over. It's making people over there sell.

The T/A shows that a block of shares has been retired via what cottonjim said earlier.

We are just waiting on the confirmation for more. And there will be more.

As for the total O/S being higher than what is posted on the website. FGFC posts what they know is out there. The TA only knows what is being passed around via the MMs sells. If the company is diluting, why wouldn't they gag the TA? If the MMs are short, this would cause the TAs numbers to go up, right? They've sold more than they have. They report back to the TA on share holders for the day, the O/S goes up. Perhaps, and the NOBO should confirm, they are very very short.

either this is being shorted to the ground, or ceo is sticking it to us with dilution. TA is available though. and doesnt report any.. the selling pressure is uncanny. SSGI just shaking people for their shares right now. thats why it takes a while to fill usually, he probably has to wait to sucker shares out of someone to give to the next. shorting the whole time. seems to me they would of let this gap even if they were diluting.. especially on that vol yesterday and decent today.. just trying to put it together, i have know idea whats really going on here, but i will hold. and be patient.
