shakerz doesn't take any risk by saying 0.87, while Toll Brothers say they would pay 1.12US$/share for the all Company IF it includes ALL properties and latest lands they get in Las Vegas and San Diego area... Management is currently thinking about it. (I know nothing more)

Well, who knows ? With Toll Bross, everything is possible, finally. Anyway, even a merger would make this thing come back to > 0.87. So,... let's wait for the probable PR Monday, and the certain other one Tuesday.

15th PR or 16th PR brings official confirmation of cobbs acquisition. Fine. What is much more interesting imo is the way they will explain how they finance it. And here come Toll Bross........ Bingo.

Read this www nasdaqtrader com/aspx/regsho.aspx
SHO list of Threshold Security List. Look at my previous posts, please: I already explained a bit. Anyway, since now we are in an uptrend, the fact that CBAY is on that list is advantage to us, because naked-MMs will have to cover higher...

To be quite honest, I wasn't expecting near as good a day like yesterday and today until the first of next week with the COBS home news...
Today proved that there are investors looking into the long run that CBAY has in store...
Glad I didn't take my loses and waited for the turn around... Buyout news would send this past .50 easy in the next few days... I could see it though any time and really that's what I was expecting when the price continued to drop on good news...
Good day boys... and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one posting on CBAY anymore lmao...
Have a good weekend...

Only the second green of the week for me, but I feel really good about this one. News will make it explode.

Hey guys, need someone's honest opinion.....do you think this is worth getting in now at this point (would I be chasing this up?), or do you think it would be going back down again?
Also, are many of you in this for the long, or is this just a flipping stock?
I have been reading some comments on this one from some on the other boards and it seemed like something to look into.
Any remarks & comments on those knowledgeable on this would be greatly appreciated.

With upcoming news and such, I believe it's not too late to jump in. Once it does come out, so long as it's what is expected, some people have been estimating .80's to be the next stall.
