Oh well, there trying to become a good company. What a great start with the signing with Budweiser. This stock will be $1 with this news, and the O/S.

Looks good. Not only will the Bud contract be profitable, but this will give them leverage with other contracts. This is a strong buy. I can’t believe this isn’t up more.

One thing to remember, they are in the running for the $738 Million European Community Contract. Scheduled to be announced in May. If they pull this one off thier .30 (post R/S) will be worth $3.00 Per Share.

It's May now??? This might not have been the companies fault but the date has been pushed back several times and then they fell off the face of the earth.

Wow, they still haven't announced that yet? After the R/S, I stopped following this company. My 100,000 shares turned into 28!
If they do still somehow get that contract, then I'll make my money back.
Go itrj! lol

I'm speaking about the bud news. The R/S coupled with these new contracts shows that this company is going places.

BigRod where did you hear this?
The real news here is the definitive agreement with bud. This, and all of the other contracts that will follow from this are going to be great. This is only the start.

I own a little of this and added to my position a while back. I wasn't expecting the euro contract I just thought they would be a good company.
I just don't like the idea that they don't give many numbers. They could be making microsoft money and no one would know.
The Busch announcement just says they are on the corporate purchase order list now, I have sold to big companies before and it isn't always easy to get in the door.
Though it isn't money yet it does add a lot of credibility in my opinion. It also shows their service is something Busch is aware of using.

I haven't made a case for this stock except for the Euro deal. But I think it has potential. If you go back over past contracts you find several in the millions.
I was looking at another un-named company that I have been researching and comparing the two. Here are the stats for the other company.
56 million OS
Qtrly revenues of 5 million
Profit/qtr just over 1 million
pps .25
pe ratio of 18
Room for growth
The two companies are in the same business as far as I can tell. So ITRJ by comparison.
OS after RS fell under 10 million
Revenues unknown but I believe in the low millions. Perhaps 10 million comparing their UN contract and some other stuff.
No known profit
pps .025
All things being proportionate, ITRJ has 1/5 the OS, maybe 1/2 the revenue but it is possible they have more, 1/10th the pps, and a lot of room for growth by signing with some major companies plus the euro deal if they get it or part of it.
I can see ITRJ at .25 rather easily. Also, the other company has a long term projection of 1.50 plus.

34 accounts just for web development on their website that are major accounts, plus they do a lot of other stuff like tracking customers. If 10 K per customer for all their services it would run 340 K in revenue.
I would imagine some of their sites plus tracking charge more than we think.
The UN contract was 22 million and they are the lead company.
Plus a lot of stuff we don't know about. This from an old pr.
quote: lay65(tm) is a leading skills gaming company, specializing in the Backgammon gaming industry on a global level. As competition grows, Play65(tm) also sees significant growth potential in their market. Therefore, they have turned to InterAge to fulfill their web-based marketing functions.
"This is our second gaming company client in recent months," says CEO of InterAge, Kobi Freund. "We have been working successfully with PartyGaming, and our strategies and efforts are now recognized to be among the most effective in the industry. So, we're very excited to start this project with Play65(tm)."
Christiansen Capital Advisors, LLC projects that global online and skills gaming is slated for major growth through 2009. With industry revenues expected to reach over $22.5 billion, this represents a 22 per cent compound annual growth rate. Even so, there is still plenty of room for further growth of the online market, as the total global gaming market in 2009 is expected to reach $285 billion.
"InterAge has all the tools and experience needed to make a positive difference for Play65(tm)," continues Freund. "We are forging a strong position in specializing in the online and skills gaming market, as we believe that the growth potential is outstanding. This is a very large scale project, which we hope will lead to other significant investments in web-based marketing projects that InterAge can take part in."
The Company will be responsible for formulating the Internet marketing strategy for Play65, followed by positioning of the site in the marketplace and running targeted and measurable email marketing campaigns.
. This is a very large scale project,
Since this was announced in March it probable they have not realized all revenues and probably haven't completed the work.
Onto new companies.
Anheuser-Busch Companies
Anheuser-Busch, Inc. Busch Media Group, Inc. St. Louis Refrigerator Car Company Precision Printing & Packaging, Inc. Anheuser-Busch International, Inc. Metal Container Corporation Busch Entertainment Corporation Busch Agricultural Resources, Inc. Manufacturers Railway Company Anheuser-Busch Recycling Company Busch Properties, Inc. Eagle Packaging, Inc. Longhorn Glass Corporation
If you consider how much the beer side alone spends on advertising, if interage can make them much more effective it will be great for both companies.
Also a major spring board. If they are successful with these projects it should propel them on a world-wide basis. Located in Israel they could do as much work in Europe as in the US.
If they have 10 million in revenue with 10 million OS an enterprise value around 1$.
If they get the 638 million then an enterprise value around 63$.

The reverse split probably took the o/s below 10 million and that looks true judging by the spread between the bid and ask
The tsunami project is worth 16 million and they are working on it for two years which is 8 million a year. 8 million plus their other contacts could easily bring in 10 million revenue which would probably be a million net profit. Million revenues/10 million shares = .1 * p/e of 10 = $1 a share, so yes the pps is way undervalued

I wonder where they got their numbers? How is the OS 1.2 billion after the reverse split? No way they diluted a billion since the RS, there was not enough daily volume to account for it.
Market cap of 12 million is reasonable for this company since they don't tell us how much they make.
I just wonder if they are announcing the contract they bid on this weekend.
