On March 23, 2006, the registrant closed on the Share Exchange Agreement and Plan of Reorganization with World Wide Personnel Services of Maine, Inc., pursuant to which the registrant acquired all of that company's issued and outstanding common stock of United Personnel. As a result, World Wide becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of the registrant.
For purposes of accounting for the acquisition of World Wide, the effective date of the Agreement will be April 1, 2006.
No reverse split announced ! This should run very soon. Check on that and cro$$ fingers! GLTA

Just got some at 5 but with hesitation because doubts about the reversal split history of that stock. I do not know more about that, but the news was attractive enough for me enter in. Do you have any feeling about that?

yes, I entered with low volume first, but seems to me reverse split scheduled, that should had been announced in the form 8-K just released. If reversal bullish pattern I will load more, all depend on the near future!

cash your money out at .0006 with a gain of any kind imo
this thing is heavily day traded and probably very diluted. I was hoping that the ceo would announce a no r split, when he didnt after the personell buyout I bailed. JMHO

Cactus ,How sure are you they would dare do another reverse split ....They must know that would look pathetic at this point and scare off all current and many new investors . And do they even need to ....It might be that their R/S history was part of there plane to raise capital to pay down dept ..... Which is very low now or perhaps payed off completely . Aside from all that ..This current string of news is awesome .

look at the reverse s history... thats why im sure. I bought this at .0002 and bailed at .0005 when the ceo didnt re-assure me that there would be no r split after the last buyout. this thing has just sat at .0005 for a while now. the string of good news is over IMO. all the volume traded daily with no move for weeks just indicated to me that it was time to move on.. I also heard that no one can get a hold of this company... another warning sign. It may still run, who knows... good luck all IMO

This is a good news, that filing report confirms the market value that is roughly $5 mil, for a yearly announced revenue at $2.5 mil. We should see this up, in the meantime, no more sales at 4'? Expect this running soon because issued 500,000 prefered shares at par value $0,001 per share!!!!!!!!!
