I hope they wait for a GOOD pr too but even at .0038 I added more , I think will still be a good deal been, holding some and flipping a few for a while waiting for this to take off again ,, And gonna get away from the computer for a while this morning too so hope it does a little better today ,

Good points today. I'm over in the middle-east on R&R to be exact,investing in some stocks trying to build a future for the day that I can get the f*** out of here. RSHN I'm hoping will be a big pay off one day,I also have some LFWK which,I feel,has some future,DPHIQ is doing well and will blow up if the strike is avoided and ADVC which has dropped like a rock is a seasonal play,it will be back. So with all I'll just wait and listen.

Sure you are right. I'm R&R-ing in Dubai,you take what you can get and afford. One day when my 72000000 shares of RSHN go to the moon I will move around a little more richly. However this is not a bad place.

My read on it is that he sold the 53M shares at .005 for $265K and continues to hold 20,760,000 shares as of that date based on the $103,800 and assuming a .005 price.

Is it just me, or is almost everything across the board DEEPLY in the Red? I may be jumping the gun here, but I haven't seen this much red since 2000 / 2001. Well, as always, the big boys are raking in the money that shorted it and will rake in more when they decide to let it go again. Damn, it would be nice to have a lot of free cash sitting around to throw in at this time, because those that do are going to make a killing. IMHO

UBSS really got back in the drivers seat today. Volume down as they have tried to get back on track walking it down. Notice how many small trades have gone through, followed by some large blocks. Just getting harder and harder to move it down. This really is due a move up. I think Imakmony is right that they want it back in the 20's. That is going to be hard to do without really killing the volume. If they do, I will expend my last funds and load up. They are really winding up the spring pretty tight. If we do get a REAL PR, I must agree with a lot of others, this will make a nice run.
I am still wondering where all those 53M shares from Corr went to. Perhaps that is why all the "selling" we were wondering about over the last week. Who would sell at those prices? Corr. Must admit, why is he selling? This company is looking better than it has in years and will be even better over the summer. Hoping he just had to cover some gambleing debts or buy a new house.

DDSI did the exact same thing with the exact dsme company this week right before they filed their Quarterly report...not far fetched if you ask me.

Where did you get the 750,000,000 from? Based on the form it appears to be more like 75,000,000. Which I think is a more reasonable number.

Share Structure

The company recently authorized an increase from two to four billion shares total. This increase allows RushNet, Inc. to act in the best interests of shareholders by securing a partner who can adequately finance the company's ambitious growth plans. The expected market penetration and profitability resulting from such a partnership should benefit us all with increased share value.

Trade Data

It won't get ugly... it already is as bad as it will get. It has or will only bounce off of the 100 SMA .0031 is worse case for now.
