I have seen this stock coming up in many threads SO i wanted to get one thread together to organize peoples thought on it as I am interested now. I few people have been saying they are going to hit record revenues when the Dec. 31 numbers come out for this year. If this is true are they saying they expect this to turn a profit for the first time? I think the implications as far as the PPS could be huge if this is the case. Thoughts anyone?

This thing has a pretty low O/S from what I've found so if they can start to turn a profit this could be the real deal. From what I see this seems like a decent risk.

This is a good company. The 10k is coming out last of the month and should show a significant revenue increase. Low .03's is a steal for this. Anything under .04 is good.
I've been in and out a couple times so far but am holding until the end of the month now.

i had my eye on this to earlier.

this could boom

saw this

its in a word document but it was interesting about comp.

here was one part of it that looked good

"If MSSI can meet the demand for supplying medical personnel, it is our opinion that it could grow to a $50 million situation in two to three years. That’s an “if” of course, but having an essentially unlimited demand makes it a distinct possibility in our view. The main risk is achieving sufficient capital injection to handle the expected demand."

"We like the focus on Homeland Security as well as its focus on its medical staffing operations. Homeland Security will certainly continue to grow – Washington bureaucrats will see to that."

heavy vol. today too?

their website is totally professional too, which is nice...

http://www.telescience.com/aboutus.shtml

just a gut feeling seems to me if this company is for real, that they would have a great chance of gettin out of pinkyland and onto a higher board.

not sure if these phillipine nurses are any good out of phillipines, couldnt be much worse than u.s. ones i guess.

i got in today a little around .032

just couldnt resist myself DD looked too good to me.

HUGE revenue increase in month of jan 2006.
and more

this stock could easily double in the coming days.

great chance to go to a big board IMO if these guys are for real in the pr

govt contracts all over the place and positioning themselves to maybe use that to their advantage in this homeland defense thing.

some more info i found out.

VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 2006--MSSI (OTCBB:MSSI - News), an established provider of medical personnel, technology services and homeland security products to government and commercial clients, announced record revenue achievement for the month of January.

SSI reported that it achieved record sales of $1.87 million for the first month of the year. Last year the company reported revenue of $553,957 in January 2005, representing an increase of 238% from 2005 to 2006. The record increase in revenue is primarily attributed to shared revenues and increased demand from MSSI's newly acquired Nurses Onsite Corporation (NOC) subsidiary. The peak in revenue is critical for MSSI, as it is poises itself for further growth this year.

MSSI's President and CEO, Dr. B.B. Sahay, stated earlier this year in a shareholder letter: "One of our primary goals in 2006 is to become profitable. We believe we have made some significant strides with the acquisition of Nurses PRN (now Nurses Onsite) and the successful integration of our management teams. We believe that this integration has added to MSSI the depth and breadth of talent that we need to execute our vision - which is to become a national provider of specialty medical staff in cities across the country and to increase our shareholder value through disciplined, responsible and profitable management."

Dr. Sahay further added, "We are pleased with the results demonstrated so far from Nurses Onsite and look forward to continued growth in our newer markets. We are seeing strong demand in all of our locations and are excited to start off the year in the right direction."

Robert Murphy, Chief Operating Officer of MSSI said, "While our impressive January numbers reflect slight seasonality in certain markets, we are very encouraged by the increases in non-seasonal offices. The strong demand, coupled with our newer cost efficient recruiting techniques, is proving our model to be both scalable and rapidly executable."

You know what the huge thing is with this one? GROWTH which = $$$$$. Look some of the high growth stocks in this day and age. Growth is everything so if they can hold up the amazing growth numbers I think they will do pretty well for themselves.

AND their investors [Wink]

Only time will tell but I think I'm going to get in tomorrow and hope for a bounce within the next couple weeks to sit on some free shares and hold.

kd, right with you on the bounce hope..

i had the same idea.

thinkin this thing could double in the next 2 months as long as those months go like january

anytime you have govt contracts in your back pocket. you are WAY ahead of the game

i agree about the potential and the $$$

that is the bottom line. its always nice to have some stocks that are actually gonna make some money. thats why i liked this company. i learned early to get away from the speculative junk and really research.

as far as im seeing this company has tons of potential.

ob stock priced really good set-up for some serious gains.

lets keep this thread hot to see what others think.

just imo

Financials are supposed to be released the end of this month. I don't think you guys will have to wait a couple months for a pop. It should be a matter of a couple weeks!
I don't make or like predictions but others around the web (and these are the conservative numbers) are saying from mid .04's to even .10! Of course theres the other "to da moon" guys but who really pays any attention to them.

I agree the pop could be significant upon the release of the financials. The rumors are that the final rev. for the year are going to be arounf 20M which looks like the 4th quater would have been profitable. So not only are they a company showing high growth (according to their PR, we shall see) they are moving into the green. That alone should trigger a good response IF the numbers are that good. However, I see the down side as minimal here because look how long it has been sitting in the 3's, in my mind even if they don't impress you should be able to retrieve initial investment if the future turns unfavorable. Currently, looks good!

VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 2006--

Medical Staffing Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:MSSI), an established provider of medical personnel, technology services and homeland security products to government and commercial clients, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a clinical services staffing contract with AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey, through its wholly owned subsidiary Nurses Onsite Corp.

Just so you guys know all the facts. They have aquired some funding from Cornell Partners. If you do some DD you'll see the SEC filings. So occasionally some of the CD's are released into the market and they usually depress the pps a bit.

When the 10q is released though it will pop.

You can't find any potential candidate in pennyland. But this one seems to be one. Just do a 30 minutes DD and review all the press releases and you would understand how this company is growing. The PR's are not in weasal talk.. they are actual proof for the growth. Recently this is getting huge attention from all over the message boards. Offcourse the 10Q which is due in a week is expected to have some "real" numbers.

exactly someone got a small order filled. little trick that the mm's use to put people in check, or someone took some profits from the last 2 days gains. probably the latter.

im really thinking this thing goes to 6 in the coming weeks if they can keep up the solid pr's. we'll see i guess

[Wink] There wont be any volume, with such a low O/S, no one is selling, they know that this has massive potential in the penny-stock field.
Health-care, nursing shortages + monthly contract signings will propel this to the 60-75 cent range by 2007. Thus the reason for shareholders not to part with thier shares. (Mine Anyways..lol)
Oh and one more thing, revs soon to be out with record predictions being thrown around. [Big Grin]

I agree big Rod. I am a CPA on the audit side in healthcare and thats why I love this stock. Exactly like you said there is the growing nursing shortage as well as the killings these nursing pool companies are making. The potential is amazing considering how much they deal with Hospitals, HUGE. This is a stock that could see a dollar with the next year or 2 and that is being completely reasonable with this level of potential/low O/S IMO, glta.

the only thing that i dont like about this is that they have financial backing from cornell. the things that im hearing about cornell are'nt great. but with all the new contracts i doubt cornell will have any effect.
hopefully mssi will finally show a profit soon. If that happens this thing only goes up.

For reasons set forth in the Courts Opinion Letter attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, the Court entered a judgment in favor of the Plaintiff in the amount of $851,875 with interest at twelve percent (12%) from the date of October 16, 2003.

In 2003, the Registrant believed it had settled a claim by the Plaintiff who was a former officer and investor of TeleScience. In satisfaction of that settlement, 2,655,678 restricted shares of Registrant common stock were delivered to Plaintiff in November of 2003. The Plaintiff rejected the share tender and demanded a cash settlement. The Registrant maintains the tender to have been sufficient and binding. The parties engaged in legal proceedings in November 2003 and the case went forward for a jury trial. On November 16, 2005, the jury returned a verdict in favor of TeleScience and at that time the Plaintiff moved the Court to set aside the jury verdict. The motion was set for oral argument for December 16, 2005, and on February 16, 2006 the Court ruled in favor of the Plaintiff. TeleScience intends to vigorously pursue an appeal and move the Court to reconsider the Final Order.

Yeah I also noticed that but it should be no big deal, the only real problem is how efficient the company is at this point. They really need to bring down the cost of revenue, aside from that I think all looks well for the future. Oh yes, and the deal with Cornell also worried me as I haven't heard anything positive about those guys.
