If you want the dividend, you must buy this before EOD on the 14th.... this will allow 3 days settlement to make sure your name is in the books on the 17th.....

Be careful with IDWD. I, and lots of others, have done a ton of research (mostly back in the begining of Feb when I first heard about the dividend) and most of the results point to some prety shady things.
Stuff like the CEO is on probation for grand theft, fraud, and illegal sale of securities. They created a fake award from an international engineering association.
You may make money on this, in fact, i made a ton, but don't thikn it's literally as simple as $1.10 for your .78 stock purchase. In fact, the $1.10 was never announced as cash, so I'd guess it's going to be some kind of restricted stock which may be worth much less than $1.10 when you can finally sell it, and the IDWD price will (most likely) crash on the open tomorrow.
Not saying don't buy, just saying be careful if you decide to.

MACD was going down....But look at the chart...Its being going up last whole month. How can u Quest the fundamentals of a comapany in uptrend...lets see in a week .....

Yeh it has been confirmed that Downs the CEO of IDWD has gone to prison for fraud. Just go to the 995ad website and you'll see that it is bogus. Doesn't mean that you can't make money here as I have already, but much to be suspect here.

You got to love these negative people. It has ran from .10 up to .95. I'll take that. Close today was .80. Even if it goes down to .0000 now and does not give a divy. I have made money because I did not lesson to all these so called experts and flipped this stock many times. All these stocks in penny land are a risk. There will be a PR out first thing in the morning about the ex-divy date.
