Why would the A/S make a difference if you were looking for an OTCBB, any dilution I think you would see in required filings. Anyway, here is one you might like. I already was in and out of it.

VNBL :

The number of outstanding shares of the issuer's common stock, $0.001 par value, as of February 3, 2006 was 52,727,918

OPENED at .0157, CLOSED at .0250. Looks pretty uppity to me.

Please everyone, spare me the stoc-kwatch editorial about the doom and gloom, a fraud, blah blah blah........ I saw it, and in spite of it made money on VNBL. Have fun with it, I think there's plenty of room left. If/when it returns to .015, I'll do it all over again.

For your record I am not in ADBN neither in MMAM...!

About the price range...well I was in CYBL at .02 and this went at .20...I was in CNCN at .03 and it went at .37...Do you need more explanation...? % of gain is incredible...Also I do believe a stock over .01 with good product and low O/S is more credible in the eyes of serious investor and less risky (what ever that mean in pennyland ...lol)...Thats is the way I traded... and I suggest no one to do the same.

weren't those prices the result of r/s's?

no, if you're regularly tracking 10-baggers, more power to ya...

Hey UpMan, two things :

Sell on the gap Monday morning, don't be greedy or stupid. (Don't worry, we'll find another better one soon)

Watch SurvivorMan tonight on the Science Channel at 9 PM Central Time.

Oh Yea, I think the humpty dumpty, or schmuppity was for you, not the uppity.

Almost forgot, get yourself in a position of free shares on ARGC, I think it has just started. If it goes like I think it might, you won't need a lot. Wouldn't it been nice to have even 20K free shares of AXIGE when it hit .095 ?

Will,
Missed both Survivorman and your phone call cause my wife and I were watching Harry Potter, real manly of me to admit that, isn't it?

Tex,
Forget the Nitro, it's a p.o.s. from what I've learned so far. I'm now looking at Ranger and Stratos. The Milwaukee outdoor and sports show starts tomorrow. Going there in the a.m. with my wife and my checkbook.

Problem with that is that at lunch I'll probly have a beer or six. After that things could get crazy. Wife doesn't drink so she might have to be the voice of reason.

Hey Buy Tex-
What do you fish for down there? I heard there's some monster large mouth. And for what it's worth in Minnesota and Iowa everybody has a Lund boat! I have just a puny rebel ss 16.5 ft with a 25 hp motor. I placate myself by muttering it isn't the size of the boat that catches fish. But with two young boys I told the wife of course I'm going to need a bigger boat!

--------------------
Thanks Matto. Thanks Juice.
