Possible. But after a year with Frank...im willing to give the Benefit of the Doubt.

So is this how Frank gets out of all of the shareholder lawsuits? I sure hope this Fan guy can do something positive for us, but its hard to forget or forgive Frank for all of the BS in the past.
M.M. that is a mighty interesting scenario there. I sure hope it doesn't come true, but with all of the underhanded crap that's gone on, I wouldn't put it past Frank and co.
Maybe the best thing we could hear now is that it was a hostile takeover. That would make me feel better. I'd also feel like maybe Frank got what he deserved...which is nothing!
notice the volume at 15:59, there were 4,904,918,000 shares traded for $491,000 in 829 transactions. keep in mind that these numbers are delayed by like 20 mins.
at 16:03, 10m more shares for $492,000 in 4 more transactions.
alittle later, same amount of shares with $492k--but 14 LESS transactions.
and at 7:30pm, the volume WENT DOWN to 619,051.5 (619,051,500) with $492k and 818 transactions.
now that is the closing volume listed on pinksheets.com at 15:59...619,051,513
it's like all of those BILLIONS of shares never traded!?!?
don't know what to make of it, but it's NOT the 1st time i've seen this.
something else unknown about what is happening with this stock.

Milliam
Milliam I would say that Frank has just that....nothing!...at least for now anyways. Yeah I'd say he’s broke but only because of what he is trying to do...build Q.
Like "most" people, not all, who start businesses two things are inevitable...mistakes and debt.
I would think that this was an exhaustively frustrating endeavor for Frank and that his unprofessional and sometimes unethical ways of doing business made him the victim of his own shortcomings. But that’s not to say his deeds will have been in vain, at least not until proven otherwise….so we should all continue to be positive and patient.
Lets just wait and see what Fan does.
One thing for certain, he better be releasing an audit because we will continue to go nowhere without it. We need transparency. Anything short of that will be useless news. jmo

Lets hope that SelecTV makes it, because like Q, they are also a start up company. If QTN could start broadcasting on Dish or DirecTV, that would be exciting. Maybe. Depends on what Loyd has in store for us.

It is possible that Fan goes by the name Lloyd when dealing with English speaking people. It is my understanding that many people from Hong Kong have both a Chinese name and an English name. He may have conducted business in Hong Kong under his Chinese name. As for the name of the company, it may be possible that Best Prop Holding group is just the translation of his business, which is why you haven't had any success finding information about it. Just a thought- I have no proof to back it up.
From Monopoly Money: I have done an extensive search on Best Prop Holding Group and i have been unable to find any information about this company unrelated to the QBID management change. As near as i can tell the company does not exist. I have tapped some Asian resources i have and seeing if there is any company registered as Best Prop Holding Group in Taiwan and/or China. If no hits their, i will swing southeast around the coast and hit other countries for info.

As it stands right now with the lack of information, i can only assume that Mr. Fan is either ficticious or raised to a much higher stature then he really is. I'm almost certain that If Lloyd Fan was as "respected" as the QBID PR's claim then i would at least find some mentioning of him in Asian Business Magizines. So far the ones i have searched have no mention of Mr. Lloyd Fan. So here is my conclusion and prediction.
Mr. Fan was brought in to "restructure" the company. Since Frank did promise not to R/S while he was running the show in a PR he therefore cannot do so. However if he turns the company over temporarily to another person, then he can preform the r/s without blame on either of them. Then mysteriously Frank will come back with a new investor and take the company back over and continue on business as usual.
Granted this is based off past misinformation, lack of information on Mr. Fan and his company, and what a conspiring weasel many people think Frank might be. Now something we also have to question, is Frank capable of coming up with such an elaborate scheme. I will leave for you to decide. Again this is "IMO" (wish i could make that 64 font) so dont think what i write is worth a nickle, just baises this scenario (which is possible) based on the past, present information (or lack there of), and what the future might bring.
Hope this C/T is wrong but how knows just thought id throw that in the pot. I'm still hoping the best for Q but it dosent look to bright at this point from my POV. I will be checking in later

Yeah, but Authorized Shares and Outstanding Shares are two totally different beasts. And quite frankly (no pun intended) no one really knows how many are Outstanding.
Hopefully we'll find out in the next few weeks. I for one am willing to give it some time.
Hey Doc and Monkey--can you wink if this was the type of change you were expecting?

Just an update for anyone who's interested~
I had sent a certified letter to QTN studios in Burbank in early Feb, requesting that I be allowed the shareholder examination as allowed by WA state law.
The letter was addressed to Frank and attorney Randy Vaughan.
The letter was signed for by Alexis Fish.
I spoke to Mr. Vaughan, who claimed no knowledge of the the letter. He suggested that I contact Richard Brown for "shareholder issues".
After several days, I got through to Richard Brown. Several days later he acknowledged that my letter had been received. He then indicated that he could arrange a "visit" for me at the studio.
I informed him that I wasn't interested in "visiting", I would be going for documentation inspection.
He sent me a copy of an email he had sent to Rene on 2/21, attempting to arrange my "visit".
I have not had a returned phone call or returned email since.
Today I sent a letter to the WA state officials documenting TMM's refusal to comply with their state law.

The way this thing has been trading in billions everyday it could very easilty be assumed or presumed that we are close to the entire A/S - I sure hope not. Currently our 10-day trading avg is 1.9B! I have to wonder what the hec is going on? Is Lloyd going to continue to exhaust the entire A/S and then R/S? We cannot continue to trade like this. Even though the volume is indicating billions in buys at .0001, that can not be true, otherwise the PPS would increase. Unless Frankie the fraud is still selling his shares under .00009 and Lloyd is gobbling/buying them up at .0001 - just speculation on my part...

Sigh.
I also have a letter sitting in the WA Sec of State office since January 30th, but to date I have received no reply.
