20 Billion?? Q has long had an odd financial structure. Parent company Triangle Multi-Media is a penny stock with 20 billion shares outstanding, but trading at a fraction of a cent per share. Tuesday’s price: 1/100th of a penny

Hello everyone. I said I would come back after we received good news and, in my opinion, getting a new CEO is the best news we could ask for right now...

...Let's hope.

Sounds like we could have a PR by Friday, that is if all went well with the meeting today. [Big Grin] Let's just hope that it is good news.

Thanks Rich

From Richard Brown this afternoon, their meeting has a recess and Richard returned my call during his break. According to Richard the meeting had already had been in progress for approx 2 hours, they were having a break and the meeting was to resume in 20 mins. He sounded very positive about the whole situation, looks like the IR guy is finally in on some of the decisions. Richard did say that he was pushing for a PR as early as tomorrow but thought that Friday maybe more realistic. One can only wait and see [Big Grin]

Thanks JimS, I am in Memphis.
It's time to get back to that old DD. I thought you all would like this:

Dear Ms. xxxxx,

All going well, we are hoping to have the Curve TV package up on the satellite by the end of this month. We cannot give a specific date at this time as going live is dependent on some factors out of our control.

As soon as we know an exact date, we will be issuing a press-release email including instructions on how to subscribe. Please register your interest on line to ensure that you are one of the first to receive the email: https://www.selectv.com/cms/index_html?link=curvetv

Which will come first, the reverse split or the audit?

Sounds like a chicken or the egg question.

Seems as if an audit would be needed before any financial changes are made.

Another question/speculation: Frank has been selling his shares to Fan?

..in any scenario of this now transition in the company due to being preplanned or surprised Frank would not allow his personally invested $$$
become worthless.. if he had to he would piece TMM/QTN off to the highest bidder to recoupe his losses.. the reflection of Fan entering the picture possibly as far back as Oct of 05', hearsay of a new ceo approaching, statement of 30% of structure used towards debt, billions of shares crossing the tape with absolutely no demand for months, to me implies a plan was in hand.. preplanned from the start or a safety net along the path we will never know.. question now is did Frank remember us in the end or should i say the new beginning... ??????????????

Well, another stock that I own just announced a RS

http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060308/20060308005414.html?.v=1

QBID will do a RS if it wants to trade with the big boys. My history with RS is that the stock trades down afterward. SO, buying QBID before the RS would probably not a good idea. It might be better to sell before and buy back afterwards at a lower price.

Again, we need and Audit to determine what QBID has and what is the subscription base.

I hope that we do have some news from Fan on Friday and that it is positive for the shareholders! [Smile]

Good luck to all.

MJ-Glad to see you are back. Any interest in taking a position, or still wait and see? (which I can totally understand).

I am glad Mr. Fan is in the house...my only concern is that I have heard nothing about us little ole shareholders. He plans on clearing house...good for him...but I hope he thinks about us on the way up. [Smile]

Good luck all. At least one thing is clear, never a dull moment in this stock.

Wait people are in Memphis and keeping me out of the loop? thats not fair [Frown] ....

*been in lurk mode*

I have done an extensive search on Best Prop Holding Group and i have been unable to find any information about this company unrelated to the QBID management change. As near as i can tell the company does not exist. I have tapped some Asian resources i have and seeing if there is any company registered as Best Prop Holding Group in Taiwan and/or China. If no hits their, i will swing southeast around the coast and hit other countries for info.

As it stands right now with the lack of information, i can only assume that Mr. Fan is either ficticious or raised to a much higher stature then he really is. I'm almost certain that If Lloyd Fan was as "respected" as the QBID PR's claim then i would at least find some mentioning of him in Asian Business Magizines. So far the ones i have searched have no mention of Mr. Lloyd Fan. So here is my conclusion and prediction.

Mr. Fan was brought in to "restructure" the company. Since Frank did promise not to R/S while he was running the show in a PR he therefore cannot do so. However if he turns the company over temporarily to another person, then he can preform the r/s without blame on either of them. Then mysteriously Frank will come back with a new investor and take the company back over and continue on business as usual.

Granted this is based off past misinformation, lack of information on Mr. Fan and his company, and what a conspiring weasel many people think Frank might be. Now something we also have to question, is Frank capable of coming up with such an elaborate scheme. I will leave for you to decide. Again this is "IMO" (wish i could make that 64 font) so dont think what i write is worth a nickle, just baises this scenario (which is possible) based on the past, present information (or lack there of), and what the future might bring.

Hope this C/T is wrong but how knows just thought id throw that in the pot. I'm still hoping the best for Q but it dosent look to bright at this point from my POV. I will be checking in later
