Maybe Turek is finally learning not to put out misleading PR's and concentrate on the business. I'm still waiting word from that liar about Audit, Buyback then reissuance of new shares with no PR telling us, Semco and Promold finalized deals. Theses are legit questions that the other thread use to try to answer but all threads have cheerleaders who don't look at the score because their eyes are shut. Is their an audit? He's been talking about it for ovcer a year now. I believe in the product not the man running the company.

You are soon to be shown as a major sputtering twit. All divisions of Plasticon are running "..in the black..", and you have to clue as to what's ahead.

Thank You for the site. I've been getting my information from PLNI themselves through PR's and calling their Investor Relations. My questions are my own and legit. Can you answer them?

I like the company more than 12MM+ shares worth, as do most of my friends, even the newbies in our group average more than 2MM 'tickets to ride', each. Jim Turek and Bill Howe have it all together, and have connections at Koch Industries that you could only dream about.

I heard they got the contract to supply rebar supports for a bridge that is going to span the Atlantic Ocean, and Semco is going to do the sealing of the concrete. Wouldnt suprise me for them to put out a "news" article like that.

I'll take a shot at this one. They will release a PR sometime soon, and it will most likely mention and\or have words like audit or buyback in it, BUT, like the acquisition fiasco, the word COMPLETE will not accompany those words. I hope newbies weren't affected in a negative way by emotional sideshows like YellowSubmarine. This pumper was hitting the sell button probably at the time that some were hitting buy.

I here there is a contract up for grabs on the new "basicly earthquakeproof" Oakland-San Frisco bridge... but it looks like the contract is going overseas.

Its been over a month since the last PR. Actually Monday will be 6 weeks. This is the most silent they have been in over two years. It happens to coincide with a lot of, in my opinion misinformation. Buyback of shares than reissuance of shares. Of course the buyback was in a PR but the reissuance was not. Marketing of the company was everywhere now no where.
I'm mo flipper. I believe in the product and it's good for the environment. I would just like Turek to come to my house look my family in the face and tell me whats going on. Hopefully he wouldn't lie to three little kids. Jim ( Turek) if your listening its time to open your mouth with factual statements not Kentucky manure. I am a believer in the products not the leader of the troops.

From being agressive with marketing the company, to being mute after being caught increasing the shares, makes me question Tureks leadership. Maybe Irene Turek or Maek Driver would be better suited to lead this company.

(The Green Baron): Special Update -- Plasticon Intl. (PK: PLNI)
We last reported about Plasticon on February 20 and another update is necessary since many of our members and investors alike have been left guessing what to expect since no news has been released from the Company since January 30. We are glad to report the following after conversations with CEO Jim Turek and Senior Consultant Bill Howe.
Plasticon has completed two important acquisitions that have required significant additional accounting. The Company’s auditors are diligently preparing all the documents necessary to bring its filings current which will include the acquisitions of Pro Mold and Semco Manufacturing. Pro Mold is now producing multiple trailer loads for its primary buyer BlueLinx (http://www.bluelinxco.com/home.asp).
Plasticon has recently structured a totally separate legal entity called Surface Specialty, Inc. so that its Semco division can bid on jobs that require union labor. The division that will utilize non-union labor is called Ultimate Surfacing. The Green Baron Report understands that Plasticon’s Semco division will be bidding on a lot of jobs in the near future and will need these divisions to properly bid for and secure its projects.
PLNI continues to churn at levels between .0055 and .0070 per share. We continue to believe in the future of Plasticon and its staggering potential. It will likely take the completion of its audit to finally get the shares of PLNI moving up again. Once this occurs, we may see a tidal wave of news that has been building over the past few months. We will not venture to guess when exactly the audit will drop, but we certainly want to own the stock when it does.
