Qbid, Even know I own 5 million worthless shares I can't even unload for .0001. Been trying to for weeks to free up the cash with this diluted dog of a stock.

I once had someone tell me that USXP was a dilution machine and I was going to loose on it....I actually took that persons advise and missed out on a run of a life time. I was in at .0005x5mil...Sold on Dec 18. If you do your DD and feel you have made the right decision then go for it. IMO you have to loose to learn.
CWFG - Could run PCCE - Reversal machine but its at .0003 PYCT - Could run
So if you play stocks right you always have the potential of making a good trade...DO YOU DD FIRST...

Section 4.6 Parent Common Stock Reverse Stock Split . The parties acknowledge and agree that prior to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Parent shall: (i) cause all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Series M Preferred Stock to be converted into shares of Parent Common Stock (the " Conversion "); and (ii) following the Conversion, cause a reverse stock split of the Parent Common Stock of 5,000 shares for 1 share, or such other reverse stock split ratio as the Company shall direct at least ten (10) days prior to the Closing (the " Reverse Stock Split ").
