MGEN:

Full Stochastic: Black line is below 50. Red line is 27. Trend is new. Bullish.

Money Flow Index (MFI) is climbing. Very Bullish.
This is important especially when Volume Oscillator (PVO) is crossed above 0 when MFI is high. This also signal Very Bullish trend.

RSI is at 50 level which is ideal for bounce back
ADX lines are very bullish
MACD is bullish
Also, we stopped right at bollinger middle support band.

Monday, if we open around upper bolinger band which is between 0.025-0.0027, then we will have big rally.

Considering the float is low, we should have mega trend.

Summary and Investment Opportunity

· Established Presence In Large Growth Market Segments

Med Gen Inc. (MGEN) participates in the large steadily growing market for non-prescription alternative healthcare products that are generally purchased by consumers over-the-counter (OTC) or through direct marketing campaigns. The total available market for the Company’s current and potential future products is very large and could approach the $60-80 billion range. With target markets of this size, even a very small market share can potentially translate into significant revenues.

· Differentiated Delivery Method Sets Products Apart

MGEN’s signature “Sprays The Way” (“STW”) technology provides several advantages over traditional competitive liquid, powder or tablet formulations. Primary selling points include ease of use, easy absorption, fast action and unique formulations that increase effectiveness compared to the usual approaches. The Company has also demonstrated the ability to leverage the delivery technology by applying the same template to different products in related market segments.

· Strong Intellectual Property Position Provides Protection

The Company has patent protection on the formulation of certain core products and also has considerable unique expertise developed over time which are viewed by management as a competitive advantage that would be difficult for competitors to duplicate.

· New Product Initiatives Provide Growth Catalyst

Management intends to leverage the underlying STW technology platform by expanding into the very large market for weight loss and control products with its soon to be launched UNDIET™ product line. The market opportunity in this segment is estimated to be over $50 billion and has been growing steadily for the last several years.

Med Gen, Inc. manufactures, sells and licenses healthcare products, specifically to the market for alternative therapies (health self-care). One out of every three households practices some form of alternative therapy. Industry observers estimate a market's size of $100 billion a year, which includes the diet category.

The company's flagship product has been SNORenz, a throat spray, which reduces or eliminates the sounds ordinarily associated with snoring. SNORenz is free of artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Its patented ingredients, technology and Liposome manufacturing process, delivers consistent and measured droplet spray mists directly to the back of the throat, lubricating the uvula and soft palate that vibrate with each breath. Each application lasts about six to eight hours. The all-natural peppermint taste also provides the satisfaction of waking up without morning breath. SNORenz is sold through several large retailers and wholesalers, representing a network in excess of 10,000 stores nationwide. Med Gen also markets SNORenz under private labels. Snoraway is the label used predominately in the European market.

Med Gen has accelerated its timetable to introduce additional products that deploy its proprietary technology. In 2004, the company introduced Good Nights Sleep, a liquid throat spray formulation for sleep aide. Using diphenhydromine as an active ingredient, Good Nights Sleep will be the first spray liquid in this category to enter the U.S. market. The product is sold at Brooks-Eckerd's, Rite Aid's and other large wholesalers.

Another product, PAINenz, is a topical analgesic sold over-the-counter. It significantly reduces pain common to arthritis sufferers, the normal aches and pains due to exercise, and backache. Active ingredients are Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Cetyl Myrist Oleate and Capsaicin.

Med Gen's weight loss program, the UNDIET, may have a March 2006 marketing date. The program consists of Appease, an all natural spray producing a strong feeling of fullness thereby reducing the desire to eat. It also lessens the desire to crave sugar/sweet products. Weight Shield is an all natural spray formulation that actually burns the fat intake. The reduction of fatty foods and fat intake is essential for weight control. Simply Trim is an all natural spray formulation that combines appetite suppressant with fat burning qualities. Using other additives to the formulation, the user will not only feel an immediate lessening of a desire to eat. It also prevents bounce back, what most dieters experience with other diet programs.

Negative volume accumulation occuring.. Typical big rally behaviour. Especially when it's low float, this happens.

Good news will send this baby as high as 0.50.
