Formed a white candle today after the crosses...

Some things are exacly like the days prior to the last two runs in February...Go look on stockcharts.com...

RSI level at 50%
BB middle line crossing todays candle
MACD lines are crossed
Low volume today as with days prior to the runs (this answer your volume question cottonjim?)
momentum swing today with the white candle...

Oh don't forget the very tight trading today with a high of .0011 and a low of .001...MM"s building a launch pad?????

That was on the March 8th. Those shares have been bought up. Volume has been large this week. Well over a billion each day. Explains though, why it did not climb with all of the buying. It should start to move up by Friday.

Questions answered, thanks Bear. I'll just hang on to my seat and hope for a run, nothing to loose at this point.

It says the new agreement was entered into on March 14. The March 8 date just shows CNES total debt as of that date.

Someone tell me if I'm wrong but I think these are new shares sold off by the company in addition to the shares they had previously sold off to other lenders for a total of 4,650,000, as of March 8.

Plus, if I paid 0.06 per share i would turn and sell them the next day for 0.001 per share. I think the lenders are holding until they get at least their investment back probably hoping for an increase of some percentage. If the stock were at 0.10 per share then I would say they may have sold them.

The way this stock has been trading the last few weeks. There is definitely a LOT of manipulation going on and the amount of stock that has been purchased leads me to believe something is definitely in the works here.

Z-Man... Your question about useing the 2005 chart....

This works on any stock or mutual fund try it. Go to stockcharts, gallery page, and punch in a stock, notice where the "hooks" were on the way down cause that is right where you'll hit them on the way up! --cheap trick ~

I'm not an investor, I'm a trader. An investor digs into earnings and fundamentals, I trade, this for that. If something works, then I use it. The faster the better! [Smile]

I'm not going to waste anyone's time with "claims" or gut feelings. If I write something, it's because I use it, and I use it because it works. I'll share "some" of the things I know, hope to pick up some things myself too! You can always be better and some people here know their stocks.

So yes I see where you are coming from, but keep in mind I'm very short term, charting combined with the right indicators "tweaked" for penny stocks can retire you early, they pay better (in my opinion) then stock options, - which you either win at or lose all.... Screw that! [Smile]

Later Z ~

.01 is wishfull thinking. A smart trader uses the information available to trade the stock on the way up before it peaks and starts to sink again. It's very hard to sell a stock thats dropping faster than a boat anchor. Pick your own entry point and your own exit point. Don't be manipulated by others who are "hoping" for a record payday.

Just remember, don't be shook out by bashers either. Do your own DD.

Looking at the charts, it will move back near .002. Then re-evaluate to see what you want to do, if we get news of a contract by then, it will go higher. Bank it.

CNES... Well, all I have to say is get ready! [Smile]

For what it's worth...
Couple ones I'm playing with that I like.
WTVN - look at the gallery chart on this...
WGDF - MACD goes down and the price doesn't that = $$$ right around the corner with any stock!
CIEN & JDSU - What's not to like here, dollar stocks, but nice!
JPHC - still strong.
OMOG - Buy in on Full Stochastic crossovers, I LOVE this little sleeper!!
PCCE - I know you all hate it.. But it just gave another buy signal again today. -RISKY!!
PYPR - seems ripe.
RSHN - Classic pattern, nice.
XSNS - follows a MADC nice!

Peace all ~

I don't know about you, but I see this as a great agreement.

First of all, it gives the company working capital.

The company is giving convertible notes in exchange (2009). Investors can convert warrants, if they exercise them right now (0.0009 x 20,320,000) they pay $18,288 to get $20,320 in actual shares instead of the $1,270,000 they are providing.

Obviously they'll wait to convert when price is well above 0.0625 or wait to be paid in cash in 2009.

If you see it differently, please tell me.

Welcome Never2OLD, I'm a newbie also, so most of my DD comes from my secret formula: Allstock hype + personal emotional investment + 11-12 beers + wife threatening to close my Scottrade account = buy! buy! buy!

Good luck *hic*

It goes without saying--but insuring capital for continuance of business plan is huge. Particularly, in getting through further fine-tuning and compliance. Many worthy companies run out of time and money before they can reach any relative measure of financial success. I see this news today as another positive sign of a co. determined to move forward.

Yourdue...
Absolutely...I am wondering if it's for operating capital or something else...

By the way the shares won't hit the market until 2009...

Also the amount of money borrowed is almost insignificant if we start to secure contracts...I like what I'm seeing...

Without any doubt it will go back to .0015 and sooner than you might think. There is still a gap to be filled at .002. From there who knows.

Hey Chopper...
That gap looks like it was left over from the gap up and drop after the run between a PPS of .0017 and .002...Yes?If I remember right it blew right past that level..

Chopper, I see that PPS (.002) as above the third level of resistance...The last run was about 250% or more...Yes? Any thoughts after it breaks resistance if it will repeat that percent gain again? Good to see ya buddy...Any chopper Mountain news flashes?

CNES, if they are ready to sign contracts and make deals, from their new office, then they needed to raise some $$$. It does not look good if eveyong is sitting on the floor. They need to lease or buy furnature.
