since you live in Santa Clara why don't you buy a meter? The meters are probably cheaper buy the dozen, so buy 12. That why CNES can put out a PR stating they made a sale
Have a good weekend all.

AHD, I just might go over there and pick up a couple of meters. If they manufacture them there then I can bid on the scrap and do business with them. One way or another I'm gonna make money of these guys.

Value has nothing to do with this chart right now...Please explain?
Explain to me how no earnings and more debt are suppose to increase the pps. It's not possible, this is still moving up and down on speculation.

It's like any company trading stock. People are buying on a kind of 'intellectual property' value to come as it were. This isn't merely moving from 'hype' otherwise it would have crashed back down to where it began.
There are big players buying TONS of this stock banking on something. What that is remains to be seen...hopefully a peak this week.

Well, I haven't weighed in on this one in quite a while. Bear and I have been in this one for well over a year so I believe we qualify as LONGS. I had just a couple of thoughts as to the recent events.
It appears that CNES will move into their new offices by the end of the month. Pictures taken by MKav on RB indicate it was nearly finished last month with just trim work, touch up and painting. The noc can be completed in less than 30 days with all systems installed and operational. The MDMA certification is the next step with SCE giving their official Certs possibly as soon as May. This is nothing more than certification that the data aquired is accurate with No loss of data feed.
The utter denial of any merger/partner contract talks is rather puzzling. I believe one board member said it best here "where there is smoke there is fire" and I believe there is a Huge Smoke screen to deflect what is going on behind the scenes. We may see something sooner than later on this topic.
Another interesting thing is the Massive accumulation of this stock since October. Who the heck is buying all the diluted shares??? Something odd with the dilution also is that if they continue to dump the last of the shares at this level CNES will be debt Free earlier than planned with less shares out on the market never seeing the the total amount as layed out in the SEC filings for share disbursement and repayment. That in its self is HUGE and could be in the nearly completed stage. The pps could indeed see a major runup in the near term.
And None of this addresses the possibility that they may have contracts and may be in the rollout stage very very SOON.
Anyway GLTA here and have a great weekend. Looks like Chopper Riden weather to me.

Thanks Chopper... I see the same things. As far as the charts go, I believe we are ready for an uptrend at any moment. The UO has hooked north and the RSI has formed a small cup and ready for a north ward turn. There is a huge gap at .002 that has yet to be filled. It appears we have also gone back to the accumulation phase at .0011-.0012 which indicates that that filling of the gap at the .002 range is coming soon.

Chopper... I understand the rumors and speculation concerning partnership talks and possible contracts...especiallly with SCE and possibly SDG&E also...That I have been following...but...
Let me see if I understand the dilution/accumulation scenerio that you described....
Your saying that by diluting at this PPS and above over the last couple weeks that CNES is essentially paying off the debt. Do I have this correct? Have you broken down the numbers? I know the CD holders have options and I unnderstand the levels of dilution in relationship to the AS and the OS...Where I get lost is in the company being debt free by selling at these levels...I assume the company holds 3+ billion shares at this time...maybe more...How does this play into what your thinking?
Hey Stock Jockey...you're thinking along these lines too? Well have at it guys...clear it up for us...Thanks...

If you look at their 60 day average daily volume it has been around 530mm. Last 10 days avg vol has been over 1.8 billion. The sharp increase in volume started around 30-45 days ago. If volume continues to rise, I would expect that to push pps with it. I still think this is a long hold but do expect to see modest gains in the next couple weeks.
Thoughts?

I do believe this is a great long term hold, but I expect significant gains in the next little while. This is wrapped so tight it's ready to spring huge IMO.
