150 m is not that many new shares for a penny stock. Look at Mlxo since they started printing new shares...

This stock usually bounces in the mid 4 mark. But with the S-8 hanging out, not sure if I will play or not. Volume is low today and could be a sign of weakness for investors.

jat35...What exactly do you mean by the "S-8 hanging out?" I'm still trying to figure out all the jargon. Thanks in advance.

An S-8 is a filing that indicates the company is diluting the share base because they want to buy or offer something and they have no operating cash to work with. If you are new, pennies stocks are notorious for pulling this off without notification to share holders. It is never a good sign when a company does this, it just doesn’t set well with investors no matter how little or large the dilution is.

Now for MSEP, they filed an S-8 on Jan 26th indicating 151M shares would be authorized. Because of this, they need some good PR to sell those shares into the mix. Watch for a PR that will help boost the PPS.

It looks like today, I was right. The bounce on this stock is the mid 4 range. I am not playing this stock because I believe the price to be inflated based on the fact the company needs to sell in those shares. It is just a tail-tail sign of classic dilution at work.

I dont think this is a POS.. it was tough getting shares today above the ask... there just arent a lot of people wanting to sell. They may move shares into the marketplace but not without letting this thing run!

Again, the bounce is in the mid 4 range, but this time, it doesn't look as sharp as Friday's. This may be the last bounce we see and than, 3 to 2 range possible. Don't take my advise on this. To me, the timing is just to coincidental.

MotorSports Emporium Gears up for 2006 Racing Series
Monday February 6, 11:10 am ET
GS610(TM) Maximum Performance Brake Fluid Finds Leverage into NASCAR

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 6, 2006--MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB: MSEP - News) announced today the signing of Jason Bowles under the GS610(TM) brand name, making it the official brake fluid of Jason Bowles Motorsports.

David Keaveney, president and CEO of MotorSports Emporium, commented, "Jason Bowles is a young up-and-coming racing sensation who will use GS610(TM) brake fluid during the 2006 Irwindale Speedway Series, a NASCAR-sanctioned stock car racing series. We are excited to be involved with such a talented young driver, and the opportunity to be part of a NASCAR-sanctioned racing series is a first for GS610(TM). We are optimistic other drivers, teams and racing series will start using GS610(TM) after discovering the benefits and superiority of our product, when compared to their current brand." The GS610(TM) logo can be seen on Bowles' car and his driving suit throughout the 2006 season.

Bowles competed in the Cooper Tires Zetec Championship, featuring full-winged cars with Ford 2.0 liter 140hp engines. Bowles earned eight podium finishes, along with one win at the series opener in Sebring, Fla. To no surprise, Bowles received the 2004 Greg Moore Rookie of the year award. Bowles' success has definitely caught the eye of many of the sports insiders, which allowed him to compete in the Grand-Am Cup ST class, driving a Lexus IS 300, alongside sports car veteran Andy Lally for Team Lexus. In his first two starts, Bowles has not finished outside the top five, and recorded a podium finish in his very first race with the team.

Irwindale Speedway is a Southern California motor sports complex for NASCAR short track racing and NHRA drag racing. Irwindale Speedway hosts events that included NASCAR Super Late Models, Late Models, Winston West and Southwest Tour events, along with USAC Open Wheel. The speedway features two banked oval tracks, one half-mile and one third-mile, where top professional drivers could reach speeds of more than 130 mph, and the need for a high-performance brake fluid, such as GS610(TM), is paramount for driver safety.

Keaveney concluded, "We will continue to align ourselves with a variety of racing series and talented drivers to gain product recognition and the relationships necessary to place GS610(TM) and future Quadriga MotorSports(TM) products on the shelves of regional and national retail automotive chains."
