OK folks, it's the bottom of the 9th bases are loaded with two outs and two strikes to the batter. We are down by 3 runs and need 4 to win. Now stepping to the plate... Richard Altomare.
Question is, can he hit it out of the park, is he ready to be called up to the big league? Tune in at 10AM to find out.
Worse case senario, he hits a fly ball and gives us time to tag up and run home and exit the park!!

well... I guess it does..Let's just hope we move in the right direction. I believe we head up, and continue up to test the last high of .04 plus. This will be the first sell off!! If the buying pressure remains high and keeps us above the base support then sky is the limit with profits coming off all the way up.
On the other hand... If people panic and do not like what is said... IMO if we see below close of yesterday... jump, even if you do not have a parachute, because the chance of landing on your feet is much better than riding this stock to the depths of hell.

One tactic is to sell enough of your holdings to recoup and gain a small profit, then ride the rest as free shares.

This is my question submitted to Richard for today.
If not today in this conference, when will we have solid evidence that these deals have been concluded. The confirmation is always from you, but never from the other party involved
As a share holder in a long position I feel this would go along way to rebut the SEC as to your reputation as a PR spinster, and a master of smoke and mirrors. Do you believe that changing this image is important for the long term growth and increase on PPS?

That's it in a nutshell. But don't hold your breath.

I seriously doubt that RA will stand up and admit he's a shyster and then apologize for past BS.

I think the reason there have been no MM bashers hard at work is that RA is planning to move a potload of stock through this webcast and doesn't want anything to keep the price down.

It might be extremely easy to buy today....and difficult to sell.

Can we pinch hit Altomare with David Ortiz?
Hope RA comes through today.

My best scenario..I dont have to work anymore because my few shares are now worth "one milllion dollars.....nyaha hahaha" then I wake up and real life scenario is...RA puts out enuff smoke and mirrors to make the stock rise high enough that I can get rid of most of it with a modest return and reinvest in something else

Let's hope the webcast draws in enough new 'chump money' that we make out!

My scenario sees the webcast causing the pps to rise some...but not enough to satisfy the 'pumpers' and then tanks due to the disappointment.

Coalition for Luggage Security Notes Computers in Luggage Will Help Lost Luggage Problem Business Editors / Travel Writers
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 2006-- The Coalition for Luggage Security today commented on the article published on CNN that RFID, radio frequency identification, is being experimented with at several airports around the world with promising early results. (http://edition.cnn.com/2006/TRAVEL/03/07/RFID/)
"The airports are reporting that the successful reading of the RFID computer-like chips is 99.5%. The draw back is the cost of the chip for a one time use and the costs of the tracing devices. Over time, we hope their cost would come down, The Coalition is working on building the chip into the luggage itself for repeated use, making the cost negligible," said Harvey Abelson, Coalition Director.
Richard A. Altomare, Founder and President of the Coalition for Luggage Security and CEO of Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB:USXP) added "The Coalition believes that RFID will play a role in shipping luggage. Lost and unsecured, unidentified, ownerless luggage could become a thing of the past. Luggage Express of Universal Express already has begun utilizing these chips."
"The technology itself will not create safer flying conditions. We do believe though that technology 'plus' a system of handling luggage as cargo and separating it from the passengers will result in a safer system (http://www.usxp.com/securitywp.pdf). Airlines will find airfares can decrease and positively benefit passengers with saved time, increased security, and convenience. Furthermore, these measures would create savings for taxpayers and travelers due to the decreased governmental and airline security expenses," concluded Mr. Altomare.

Just remember alot of people are going to see what the markets reaction is to the news is, so don't panic and sell off if you do not see it move right away. If it is great news inevitably its going to move as the conference is going on.

Okay, here's my predictions regarding the CC today and PPS...
The NAME of the Webcast Conference Call says it all: "Funding and Acquisitions"
First, I believe RA will confirm the Dubai/Saudi investments (i.e. the "funding), and will even give $ figures as to this investment. Remember, this "investment" is, in part, an investment in a "voint venture" with the Dubai/Saudi investors.
I believe he will discuss this business venture in Dubai and will give dates as to its future progress.
He will also give absolute confirmation that a deal has been made to acquire ANS (AirNet), and that the deal will be finalized within days-- possibly pending a shareholder vote, etc...
We may also see a confirmation of the Florida Oil & Gas deal, with exact figures.
Furthermore, I believe he will also announce the change of USXP symbol and a subsequent move to the AMEX (or) NYSE board.
What this will do to PPS is hard to say...
As a rule, the saying is "buy on rumor, and sell on news"... Well, the stock hasn't really moved on the "rumor". Meaning, that the "insiders" haven't been scooping up shares to "dump" as soon as the good news from the CC hits.
With that being said, I believe we will see a very progressive climb after the CC, with a HOD of .03 +++
From there, the stock will climb over the following weeks depending on the news that is given in the CC.
What I mean by that is, RA will likely give completion dates of pending "steps" (i.e. the final acquisition of ANS, the move to the NYSE/AMEX board, and any other acquisitions, funding info he reveals today). As these dates grow near we will see the stock PPS climb accordingly.
All in all, I believe we could see a PPS of .06 to .10 in a very short time -- within weeks.
Good luck to all, and may the BASHERS be left out in the cold fighting each other for the scraps !!!
