LFWK stock has had been through very rough times. But, all indications are that it is going to turn around, and make a HUGE comeback. There is a merger in progress right now between Loftwerks (LFWK) and Consultech Construction, and there is a new IR person that seems to be on top of things. Take a look at the following post on IHUB and I think you will be very impressed:
"Q: Does the share price of Loftwerks alarm you in any way and should the current shareholders have any reason to expect a higher price after the merger.
A: I have no reason for alarm only because I don’t own any shares. Part of the discussions with Loftwerks involves how many shares we would be awarded as part of the merger. At this time, or at least the last time I checked, the shares were extremely undervalued and the value would have to be increase to accommodate the merger. It is clear to me that Peter Wolfe of Kore has a plan to do so which I believe will leave stockholders happy.
As to whether or not the value will increase, I don’t know nor do I believe anyone does. There are far too many factors to consider, the least of which is the actual proposed merger. Those who invest in the markets, as I do, surely must realize there is no “sure thing” and if there are those who to believe there is, I would suggest they try their luck at the casino or learn what it means to be an insider and be very careful."

Also note that there is a pretty large constituency of followers on IHUB, many of which have stuck with LFWK simply because of how undervalued it is. The quarterly financials were released this week, and it is very clear that there is "money in the bank" so to speak. Many have compared the chart (not the company) to BCIT. There is good reason to suspect that a major price shift (in the positive direction) will occur in the future.

I would disagree that there's money in the bank. The financials are incorrect and a laugh. I would be careful on this one.

I agree this is a totally UNDERVALUED stock. It is going to be a 10-20 bagger at least. At these prices, you cannot lose. I do not know what "Double Diamond" is talking about. He must be trying to discourage buyers so he can cover his shorts.

Becareful on this one because a reverse split is pending. They stated it in one of their recent pr's. LoftWerks, Inc. (OTC: LFWK) today announced that it was increasing its number of authorized shares by 300,000,000. A company spokesperson explained that this increased number of shares was necessary to insure adequate capitalization, prior to LoftWerks' planned merger with Consultech Construction Management, Inc. "We believe that this move will help to insure shareholder dollar value and facilitate our operations during the merger process," said LoftWerks CEO Dennis Ammerman. "Our future partners at Consultech have requested that we make this move in anticipation of the merger to provide continuity in our operations. I know that it is unorthodox in its application, but in this case, we feel that 'dilution is the solution' we need to attack this situation from both sides of the fence." Ammerman continued, "Our financials will be out prior to February 10, 2006. They will ensure our shareholders that an 'out-of-the-box' response to what would normally be a steady downward spiral to posting a shell for sale, is made and enacted by a company that is truly ready to climb out of boxes!"
Ammerman further explained that this authorization has been done in anticipation of a future reverse stock split, which will be announced well in advance and according to the best interests of all shareholders. Consultech Director-General Petar Vucicevich expressed his excitement regarding the upcoming merger. "We see a true opportunity to create something really special for all of our shareholders," he said. "This increased authorization will insure that everything will continue to run smoothly during the pendency of the merger process."
It still might have a nice run prior to the reverse split. Just becareful to know when it is coming. Just my opinion.

Before judging me in your 2nd post (no, I don't hold a position in LFWK - I traded it some weeks ago and made some nice profit on it - it had stayed on my list, but I'm not impressed with the way things are going), let me explain :
1.1. Current assets is called "Total Current Expenses" - not in line with any terminology known
1.2. Assets = Liab + Equity - try this on their financials. You'll find 8 million is missing.
1.3. Cash looks positive, but as the rest seems a little bit screwed up ... And : there's a statement that they have 4.8 million accounts payable.
2. Increase in O/S = dillution = less value for us.
3. R/S : don't see that as positive.
Now : tell me how you calculated that this firm is way UNDERVALUED. Based on these financials you'll get nowhere. I'm looking forward to see some calculations.
One advise : if you play it, play it short term. I agree with Mr. Money on this one.
Ps. Being Belgian, living in Europe, you might like to know that I'm not able to short a stock. I have no interest to 'bash' this stock. To me this stock is bashing itself. The financial report speaks for itself.

This is really moving today. I will be at .01 soon. This is undervalued so maybe people are noticing now, what do you guys think? Regardless of the R/S coming there is merger that will raise this to .05 in no time.
