"...On April 19, 2005, the Company entered into a joint development agreement with InnoZen, Inc. The Company contributed $115,500 in cash and 250,000 shares of its common stock, valued at $19,191 using the Black-Scholes valuation model, for its 50% interest in the joint venture. The Company is required to issue an additional 250,000 shares of its common stock upon completion of the development of a saleable product.
As of September 30, 2005, the joint venture had completed a product formulation of an acceptable thin film prototype containing electrolytes and had completed laboratory stability testing for the oral dosage product. The joint venture has produced initial P3 strips capable of holding a deliverable load of electrolytes equal to approximately one fluid ounce of most recognized sports drinks. The P3 strips have been produced for flavor testing with initial flavors to be lemon-lime, orange and sour orange.
The Company is currently developing an agreement for an initial production lot with a contract manufacturer, including primary packaging. Management of the Company currently anticipates that P3 strips will be available by the end of the fourth quarter of 2005 or early in 2006...."

The wilders are just now kissing, and the slow stochs are just starting to show some good separation as it diverges positive.
My target is .03 ish and if it breaks the 50dma, it could go much higher!

Ok here is the deal. 1) He gets his plays from a "IR Guy" MORE like he gets paid by companies to pump a certain play. 2) The stock will increase just a tad maybe 5-10% after he calls it then he tells everyone "Great stock, here is the charts and PR is on the way" 3) As he sells his promo shares to the people on allstocks the stock then gets ready for either an S8 or a R/S In other words ISPO will come out with news soon. Then as people buy huge block orders of sells will go through. Followed by a huge dip a small spike then a r/s. In other words don't touch it until she drops like a rock which it will do soon. ISPO--- 10/31/2005 131,398,982 O/S Transfer Agent: Olde Monmouth Stock I bet the o/s will slowly start to increase over the next 2 weeks. Not to mention of the current o/s of 131m an insider owns about 61m based on a SEC filing dated a year ago. Not to mention the company has an "OPEN" R/S which I am sure will take place sometime this year. Hey fatherof2 how about you stop selling your soul to these companies. Amazing how you can take these deals and expect me not to find all the things that make you such a great play caller for people who want to become bagholders of an r/s stock. Oh are you going to blame the dilution on "Naked shorting" -
