I just talked to Scottrade...My shares will change on the 13th. i asked if I could sell them before that and they said yes but i would have to cover any diffrence after the change. In other words if there is a r/s or price change or change in the share structure I would have to cover. So basicly it is sit tight and keep fingers crossed till the 13th....

George Ameritrade has accepted my offer to sell some PYCT shares, but your warning has made me wonder if I should hold off until Feb. 13+ to avoid any complications. I have asked Ameritrade to verify the status of these PYCT shares and am waiting for an answer. I'll let you know what they tell me.

"... PYCT is trading. It has already traded 119,242,140 shares today. We are unable to comment on advice or speculation from other brokers. If you are concerned about the validity of your shares, you may want to talk to the Investor Relations department at PYCT."

George I agree. I will hold my PYCT shares until after the launch. Not sure after that. This week I was trying to flip some shares due to the expected volatility, normal in any startup situation. But until I know more about the status of my current shares, I think it's prudent to sit tight.
By the way, I sent an email to the Paychest support site. I will report what I hear from them, but I really don't expect much because I doubt if they can tell me anything even if they do have some stock change planned.

The fact is that negative rumors can cause panic , and if we are talking about pinks many people will sell first and get answers later , I think that what happened today , few rumors did spread last night about Not being able to sell before Feb. , 13 , and when people called , A Trade, E-trade , etc , they found out they can sell , and they sold right away thinking they will be getting out first before others know about the fact you could sell these shares before R/S . I personally did find no reason why should I sell now or why PYCT would R/S by Feb,13 ..its all non-sense !! Note that you cant find now those posters who did spread rumors about Not been able to sell before 2/13 . and who spread rumors of R/S. It is all possible that those who spread rumors were those who bought all these shares dumped on panic ... I do expect a rebound tomorrow as most investors had verified that rumors were FALSE !! I also noticed that PAIM had significant news today , they run from .0002 into .002 in less than 3 hours then closed at .009x.001 . I recall seeing some relationship between PYCT and PAIM from previous fillings , I still can't draw the whole picture , but I feel there are many surprises in very near future ..Imo mostly pleasant !! also note that today was first day that there were some market makers who did not sign off after 4 PM , that leads me to believe that PYCT has own market makers now ( NITE , HILL) for last 12 months after 4 PM all market makers signed off and took bid/ask away till next morning ..very interesting to see what happen tomorrow !! see you in the morning !!

Well said--couln't agree more. There is no reverse split coming. Just a couple of bashers making up rumours for their own reasons.

glen I understand your frustration ... but the dip today may be due to the confusion and concern about being able to sell PYCT shares before Feb. 13.
Also, there is a rumor floating around that something "bad" is going to happen to PYCT shares on Monday, but I have no idea why that rumor exists.
Like any "new" company, Paychest has attracted both pumpers and bashers, and none of us knows anything for sure.

The bad news is PYCT will do a r/s to make the share structure work because of the MLON people coming into the picture. Not only is PYCT coming down, but a r/s HAS to has to happen to make the o/s less. I promise you PYCT will be reversed.

Mr Money I am sorry but you must be a newbee if you not believe a r/s is coming. Think about it. All the billions of shares owned by the public will be dumped when the MLON shares are transfered over to PYCT shares. Which means the stock will drop anyway.

Well, i'm no newbie--daytrade and swing trade for a living. I don't like when people spread false rumours-good or bad-I guess we will see what happens.

Mr Money it isn't a rumor. When ever a company does a spin-off they have to restructure the o/s because the new ticker is usually higher in price. Thats for the same reason why MLON shares can not be traded in PYCT as of yet. Once it does PYCT will be higher in price with a smaller o/s Thats the reason why they are given you diviy so it doesn't seem so bad. Remember that hockey stock that did a r/s the day before they had trail outs. They did the same exact thing. Gsve diviy. Then r/s! Only difference is they didn't do a spin-off

My broker has already converted my MLON shares to PYCT shares and I have placed a valid order to sell them. After reading comments posted here, I contacted my broker and was assured that I CAN trade these shares at any time.
Please help me understand why you think your PYCT shares are locked up until Feb. 15.

Sprintpcs Please answer my questions in an earlier post. I won't debate your comments, but I don't think you have a true understanding of the situation.
Let's discuss it so we can all understand what is fact and what is opinion.

mr money Sounds like you have the same questions I have. I have elected not to sell my converted MLON shares yet, but my broker asssures me I can if I want to. He says my MLON shares are already converted to PYCT shares and can be sold if I choose to do so. He knows of no reason why I have to wait until Feb. 13+. It appears that Scottrade has told another poster the same thing, with the caveat that after Feb. 13, the seller might have to "cover" if there is any change ... and I have no idea what this means. I would appreciate your thoughts on this situation.

Bottomliner: with all due respect , thats you saying is not true , I want to give you just one example , I once had IVOC , and they spun off TRYA , I recieved the spin off that I sold for a nice prifit , and ivoc never had to do R/S My only question is that; why you spreading false rumors that you know it is false and has no grounds at all !! remeber you always can make money and be HONEST at the same time !! try it once , you sleep much easier !! g/l

Wait a tick! Bottom would you be able to take a snap shot of your account that shows you are in green with your MLON shares being MLON is now PYCT! I can assure you if MLON shares were converted PYCT volume would of been in the Billions today! Lets try to clear this once and forall. Take a snapshot and prove everyone wrong.
