who knows...maybe if this thing starts moving on news, it could get back to .17???
doesn't hurt to dream, I guess... But, back to reality for a moment, I'd definitely be more than happy w/. .04 +, though...

it's definitely strange that there was this huge jump in volume and now it looks like a ghost town...hmmm

it does seem that at least some of the germans still seem to think this is a good stock, from what I can gather from these (badly) google-translated websites...

I'm glad that there's less volume on the downside here, it shows that people are hanging on to their stock in anticipation. I've managed to find some good entry points, now its just a matter of waiting for a reversal (which IMO could be tomorrow) and news about the merger.

Well theres lots of bid support here, so I don't see it going too much lower. I'm hearing that the merger is still on track, so the big day will be when they announce that its final.

In any case,I'm still hanging on here...I think that this is going to pull through big once news of the merger comes out (hopefully sooner rather than later), this thing still has the potential to explode

Thanks gryff. I talked to one of my friends who spoke with the company. Even though the company cant divulge any specifics, he told him everything in regards to the merger is on track as expected, just going through the needed paperwork. Ill let you know if I hear anything else. Enjoy the long weekend!

UVCL has no operations right now, its just a shell company which has been looking to merge with someone, so any type of business would be a plus.

I can certainly understand why UVCL would merge with daytonabrands. But why would daytonabrands take on UVCL?

yeah, that's what I thought...maybe daytonabrands is looking to work their way onto the board, whatever way possible...? Start with OTCBB and try to move up from there..?

Hmmm. they must still be working out the details. Let's just hope that Sean does/has done what it takes to make the merger happen and make all of us very happy.

well, on the plus side, it seems like we have established a clear cut bottom here at .011. There have been huge bids at that level every day for a while now, so it looks like there is plenty of bid support. However, volume has been almost nil, and still no peep about this merger. It seems like something should have happened by now. How much longer can it go on like this? I think that pretty soon we're going to either to be very unhappy to learn that the deal fell through, or we're going to be very happy to learn that it has. But with every passing day, it looks more like the former case rather than the latter.
I heard somewhere that an audit was being performed on daytonabrands. Anybody here know anything about this?
