But I went back and looked at the time and sales, and noticed that all the sales before close were nearly equal to a huge block right after close.
I am suspecting that the MM's transferred shares between themselves at the bid and then transferred back after close to settle up!
I am still holding my shares here, as I think it will go up very soon. They are a GSA approved vendor and they have begun selling security products commercially.
I also noted that they have a special listening device designed to amplify noises heard through concrete walls.... there was a DARPA announcement recently that highlighted such a product for military use.

Nice hammer formed today, which is many times an indication of a bullish reversal! Tomorrow will need confirmation, however, one item to note, is that not much buying pressure would u/t the ask!

After a decline, the hammer's intraday low indicates that selling pressure remains. However, the strong close shows that buyers are starting to become active again. Further strength is required to provide bullish confirmation of this reversal pattern.
