PT,

No prob. Another note. I still have the original Q infomercial saved on my TiVo. The quality of Q now compared to then is dramitically better. I have to find some time to save it to DVD.

I would do more DD but I work full time as an engineer, have an 18 month old daughter, and also have gone back to school for 2 master degrees. I just don't have the time. I have considered going down to LA to visit my sister and drop by the studios but there just isn't enough time.

As much as I like the DVD, I wish they had saved the production money as well as the $1.11 to ship it.

Thanks for the update on the DVD. It sounds like QTN has improved and makes me more comfortable in my investment.

I am still a little scared to buy more too. Frank worries me. He doesn't treat the shareholders right!

I am averaged to .002 and would love to be less but am still debating putting more hard earned money in QBID to see it go RED for who knows how long?

I have Direct TV too and would run out and yell in the streets if QTN was picked up by them!!!

Thanks again,

Rich

Well, as much as I am betting on number 1 in your listing, I tend to believe that number 3 will be the shareholders fate. I base this on past experiences. As I mention one time before I invested in Global Crossing back when it was going strong.. it went BK, restructured, shareholders got screwed, but yet the NEW company is now functioning with its NEW shareholders who picked up the pieces.

I have 16million+ shares of QBID in 3 different accounts with an average cost of .0003(2M), .0004(13m) and .0043(1.5). I don not plan to buy anymore QBID, unless it goes back up above my breakeven point of .0004 on my 13m shares. I beleive with 100billion shares OS, it will take a miracle to see this price of.0004 and a WHOLE lots of churning shares over. For QBID to be viable on a REAL stock exchange, it has to get it OS down to around 250 million.

But what do I know, I just some smuck who probably wasted $11K on this company.

you folks know that i have brought my share of research to this forum. it's all there if you did a search on me.

somewhat hesitant to share my less than rosy views on this dvd.
from the vantage point of being here (long enough for the round-trip from .0001 to .0001--that lonliest number), being screwed by all of frank's lies, deception, mystery, and drama.

well, here's my thoughts on this. as a shareholder. fwiw....

promo video.....something that should be shown to potential frank olsen victims (clients)--carriers, advertisers, actors, performers, etc.

what a waste of time and money. production/distribution. shareholder money.

as far as others mentioning the production quality and studio facilities, up-to-date equipment, 'top-notch' talent, excellent programming.....well, yeah--isn't that what it's 'supposed' to be? isn't that what has been promised from the beginning? i am not impressed with getting what i paid for and expected. nothing i saw couldn't be rented. and you can get whatever talent and programming you wanted with the right dollars. helter-skelter 'inside' gay antics aside.

a perceived disdain for the shareholders. here's your tossed bone of a dvd.

mr. olsen has alotta balls with his condescendingly flippant explanation for the current stock price. he appeared to chide the shareholders noting that:

"Some of the shareholders want to know why the stock is down, it's because of spending money buying all of this (waving arms to indicate the surroundings), which is more money than we take in."

guess it would have nothing to do with the phantom audit, the opaque share structure, the multitudinously neverending amount of shares transacted with no budge in the pps, the unknown dba entities attached to olsen deals, the lack of any financial oversight, the a.k.a.s, the lawsuits, or the abominably "sterling" reputation and track record of the ol' up-front and honest ceo.

lol. we paid for this. real dollars. go ahead and bash me. i have paid for it. i'll say what i want. frank can. paid for that, too. so did you.

good luck to all of you.

maybe its time to step it up a notch.

3) QBID does well and makes a crap load of money... but Frank screws over the shareholders... Frank's happy. I'm pissed. Everyone's pissed.

4) QBID is sold and the shares are legit and we make money. See reaction for #1.

5) QBID is a scam. Frank is just in it for himself. The company is either sold or he just makes money playing us. Everyone except Frank is pissed.

So, what are the three outcomes then??

Number ONE---
Everyone makes money.

Number TWO---
Frank makes money...shareholders lose. Frank escapes and leaves with the money.

Number THREE---
Frank makes money...shareholders lose. Frank is jailed for committing fraud as has his money and assets stripped from him OR an angry shareholder(s) goes after Frank for his wrongdoings.

So which will it be?

(I MAY ADD MORE, IDK) [/QB]

--------------------------------------------------

mjm, let's reduce the possible outcomes.

Frank has a long, established history of developing and selling.

If it is at all possible, he will sell.

The question is simple, what will be the final outcome for all of the shareholders--long and short?

Personally, I don't believe that Frank's ultimate purpose is to "scam" shareholders.

I think he is making decisions based on his view of company needs to build this network.

We just don't know exactly what many of those decisions have been and/or why that they were made.

Would keeping us in the loop, have weakened his hand?

Once again, we just don't have enough information
to determine the validity of some of his past/present decisions.

The current pps screams that he needs us to accomplish his goal.

I too, have always found King Crimsom's post to be reliable.

Based on his review of the CD (which I have not received) Frank sounds somewhat like an aggravated parent after one more of those "Are we there yet?" questions.

Also from King's statements, it does sound like a thrown bone...Frank waving his arms--take a good look for yourself--it is all here--we are all working hard to build a successful network.

Now, you have seen it for yourselves, let us get back to work.

Did anyone really expect more?

Sooooooo, we remain in a holding pattern.

I see great potential for QTN and still much risk.

I will continue to hold, but as always everyone must make their own decisions.

There seems to be a bit of a disconnect between what the producers of "End of the Spear" are telling Newsweek and what the movies star, Chad Allen (Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman), is telling The Advocate. The discrepancy is in regard to the openly gay Allen's staring role in a Christian movie targeted at "Passion of the Christ" fans.

From Newsweek:

Chad Allen: former drug-using teen heartthrob, lapsed Roman Catholic, gay activist and ... Christian missionary. The choice of the openly gay Allen as the lead actor in "End of the Spear," a new Christian-made movie about the real-life story of a son who makes peace with an Amazon tribe that killed his missionary father, has created a dilemma for moviegoers who want to support the movie's message, but not its messenger. "This story is perhaps one of the most precious, well-known mission stories of the last century," says Jason Janz, an assistant pastor in Colorado who brought attention to the issue on his fundamentalist blog, SharperIron.org. "I believe it was bad judgment to cast one of Hollywood's foremost gay activists in the leading role." But, at the same time, other religious leaders--including Jerry Falwell, who has publicly preached against homosexuals--are encouraging their congregations to see the movie.

The schizophrenic response from the Christian community is a blow to the movie's producers, who were hoping for a unified "Passion of the Christ"-type turnout. "It's disappointing," says Jim Hanon, the film's director and co-writer. "Especially because the message of the story is that you should reach out in love to people you disagree with."

When the movie's producers offered the part to Allen, who currently attends a Christian congregation, they didn't know he was gay. (The producers aren't exactly the target audience for The Advocate, which put Allen on the cover when he came out in 2001.) Ultimately, the decision to leave Allen in the role was left up to the man the movie is based on, Steve Saint, since Allen was set to play Steve--and his slain father--in the film. "My dad was my hero, and the thought of someone playing him that advocates that lifestyle made me very uncomfortable," says Saint. "But I realized it wasn't for me to condone or to condemn what Chad does or doesn't do. That is God's prerogative. And I feel that God had his hand in setting up this complex scenario for Chad to play this part."

From The Advocate:

He is working with all three gay cable channels-Here TV, Viacom's Logo, and Q Television-in one capacity or another, and Mythgarden is developing feature-film projects with Robert Gant, Judith Light, David Mixner, and David Duchovny. And then there are Allen's recent-and, he says, profound-experiences in Panama making the film End of the Spear and in the Ecuadoran Amazon after shooting wrapped. Scheduled for a January release, Spear is a $20 million indie based on the true story of a Christian missionary played by the gay Allen, a role that he confides he landed in part thanks to The Advocate.

With the Oscars poised to honor a gaggle of straight men and women (though Ang Lee's sexual orientation may be debatable) for portraying gay cowboys, it's refreshing to see an confirmed gay leading man playing a straight character.

You know whats funny KC? As my wife and I were watching it, she said that it seemed like additional things Frank had said had been cut out. The edits were very abrupt (as well as the ending). In other words, I think the lawyers got a hold of that DVD and chopped it up to smithereens. My gut feeling is that DVD had more info in it before it got released, got chopped up, and that led to the substantial delay.

However, I have never been under the assumption that the DVD would contain specific financial info such as audit results. Even if Frank had stated financials, wouldn't you think everyone on all these boards would be picking that thing appart syllable by syllable, leading to holes in statements, starting rumor after rumor, wild speculation of riches or bankruptcy, armageddon or rapture.

On another note, someone (sorry, I can't remember who) had asked how recent the DVD looked. The DVD contained Steve Kmetko doing the news so it had to be only a couple of months old at the most.

Let me add one more thing before I leave and get back to studying. If we are to believe that the employees of the Q Network have been buying QBID stock and lets assume hypothetically that this were a scam. Frank wouldn't have to worry about us shareholders. Frank would have to worry about his employees. They know where he works. They know where he eats. Lives. Sleeps. Plays. Drinks.

I think there would be a good chance one of the employees who has been there from the beginning, working for crap pay, getting no vacation, working 7 days a week, would be so angry that they might do something dreadful at the studios involving firearms. If I were Frank, that's what I'd be worried about.

My dad is a professor. I always tell him not to be worried about the other professors but to beware of the students. They go crazy sometimes with all that pressure and take it out on a prof.

What is happening now is based all on conjecture and DD that INDICATES things LINK together, not things that are specifically stated as linked.

Its when Frank speaks or releases a statement that something that resembles DD can be done. He speaks so carefully (like a lawyer is sitting at his side and will TASER him if he talks about financials), that you could drive a oil tanker through the gaps in info. The rest of the time, "DD" is based off of what someone sees on a Level 2 quote (keep in mind I do not include the A/S research as part of this statement). One person says 400 million shares got traded. Another person on the same day says 8 billion. That starts the snowball rolling at the top of the hill. By the time it reaches the bottom, Frank has been spotted in Mexico drinking maragritas with that CMKX guy and using $100 bills to light cigars.

All I am saying is that no one should consider any VERBAL medium, PR, or update on a webpage as truth. I will believe it when I see a bound document that comes in the mail with that E-Trade blue wrapper around it.

Last thing. I have always believed that the majority of PRs have not been for us. They have been for the carriers. We get a few here and that are directed at investors but those are bones to keep us dogs busy for a while.

KC...you've re-iterated what I've been saying the last few months...except you were nobler and didn't use the term "f'n" us over as I did....lol.

It's a sad state of affairs when you can't even decide if you should throw a few grand towards something you have several tens of thousands of dollars in just so you have a prayer of ro-couping your money...Frank has NO credibility with the shareholders or the market...thinks he can always play by HIS rules...the market is showing his error of judgement.

Frank...make things right, and soon...if you even can...you financial dipsh#t...I'm planning a trip out west real soon...and I promise...I WILL NOT be the gracious, understanding stockholder you have had visit you in the past.

Hey Sam...Texas is tee shirt weather also...only 2 cold spells...mosquitos are going to be carrying us off this summer...lol.

To BL's chagrin...I DO hate posting non positive things...but Frank's really narrowing my range of responses.

Hope you're doing well my friend. And I agree with Leo's post...KC has brought tons of DD to this board...his statements should ring true with anyone who really cares to listen.

Frank...I hope you prove my statements wrong...but when you start off a conference call with...."if you don't like it, then get out"...hard to do when you're down 95%...where did you spend the money that was ear-marked for sensitivity training...you ARE a piece of work.
