Here is the text of Scott's comments that we recorded. We didn't get the comments regarding the hiatus, but the rest is as follows:
"In an unassociated (to the hiatus) situation, one of Q Television Network's primary financial investors had to withdraw his short and long term commitment unexpectedly. QTN has restructured its financing and one of the side effects, unfortunately, is personnel reorganization, which included some layoffs. While we regret the events of the last few weeks, we are committed and I am committed to making everything correct. We appreciate the support of the community and we respect the hard work of the other GLBT media. QTN has always been committed to the GLBT community and we always will be."
