Yes, they did respond to a call today. Didn't ask about Thursday. The person who made the call, the nature of the call, and arrests made cannot be disclosed. And, yes, the public can inquire if a call was responded to.
So, it stands to reason that the orignal poster is either the person that made the call to the police, or knows the person that made the call.

Could have been any number of things. Vandals (not surprising), alarm system malfunction, disgruntled, laid off/fired employee going back to the office for some reason. Oh, forgot the most obvious - Disgruntled, pissed off, vengeful investors lurking about.

Bottom dollar says it was a disgruntled employee that lost his or her job. Maybe there to retaliate.
Hate for anyone to lose their job, but in this case, if it was indeed a disgruntled employee, sacrifices had to be made.

There may be plenty of these little dust ups.. Any company with layoffs, un-paid employees and pi$$ed off stockholders has this sort of thing happen..
The Big one, will be,'when or 'if The Federal Marshalls show up..That would be the story to pay attention to.

Yeah, especially difficult when she turns down the lights to show better contrast. I feel like shouting, "If you turn down those lights, not only might I fall asleep, I can't see my notebook."
I guess, I need to start bringing my laptop to class. Great!

Gay-friendly Chicago gets exposure on TV February 12, 2006
BY THOMAS CONNER Staff Reporter
The Chicago episode of the gay travel show "Q on the Move" features plenty of hotties and hilarity, but when host Nick Oram came to town two weeks ago to premiere the show at the video bar Side Track, the on-screen hottie who got the most whoops and cheers from the crowd was ... Mayor Daley.
There was a news clip of Hizzoner chuckling at a podium as he announced in '04 that Chicago would host the Gay Games VII this year, then two or three people in interviews praising Daley as "the best mayor in America." More whoops, cheers.
The guy next to me, who only gave his first name, Jerry, explained: "Well, you know, the drag queens, the shirtless boys -- we're used to seeing all that. But a politician backing gay events with his clout?" He whooped.
"Q on the Move," then, is a comprehensive travel show. One of the flagship offerings on the new Q Television Network (launched in September 2004 and recently made available by subscription on the RCN cable system), "Q on the Move" hits the highlights -- the cool bars, the nifty shops, the fun attractions -- of each city it features. But it does so with an approach that makes it unique for its audience.
"Traveling is universal," Oram said during his late-January visit to Chicago. "Everyone loves to travel and have fun. We just pull that out with a gay twist to it. 'Cause gay people need to know where the friendly parts of town are, and even what towns themselves are friendly. Chicago is definitely one."
The Chicago episode of "Q on the Move" was filmed last fall and debuted last week; it will continue in repeats on the network. It focuses on a Web site for local gay event information (www.ChicagoPride.com), a Wendella river cruise, lots of romping through Boystown (including bar-hopping with Chi drag icon Miss Foozie), a conversation with Food Network stars the Hearty Boys, plus interviews with actor Peter Paige (here for a showing of his directorial debut, "Say Uncle") and pop singer Taylor Dayne. Midway through, an unidentified man sums up gay Chicago this way: "More than all of us being painfully, painfully attractive, everyone here's really nice."
Oram -- who began his career as a record label executive and had a brief turn as an actor on the soap opera "Passions" -- said he was particularly happy about this show, having grown up to the north in Door County, Wis.
"Chicago people are different, and I was glad to have the chance to show that in this forum," he said. "I try to bring that out in each city, what makes them and their gay communities unique. ... Halsted Street is just so warm and welcoming. In New York and L.A., there's so much attitude. Here it's so friendly and fun."
Oram and his crew will return in July to film segments during the Gay Games. The Q network will be covering the games -- the first time the contests and events have been featured on TV since they began in 1982.
"Q on the Move" has taped 14 shows thus far, targeting locations around the globe. Upcoming episodes will include Sydney, Australia (for its Mardi Gras); El Salvador ("a very humbling experience," Oram said); Palm Springs, Calif.; San Francisco, and Miami.
He's even traveling to Africa for, get this, a gay safari. Whatever that is.
"Oh, boy," Oram said, laughing. "We're literally having a costume party in the middle of the wild, in this safari park. We'll be out with the animals, dressed in drag. It's going to be a hoot.

The Metrog post is a piece of garbage...but then so is the Q, so in a sense they deserve each other. However, if it hasn't already been pointed out, that Bishop Simpson character is involved with the metrog as an "Associate" and to me, that guy is one peg above Pinocchiolsen.
