Weird... It was at .0007 all up until close and the bid was at .0006 which is where it still is. I guess we'll see in the morning what happens. .0009 buys would be SWEET!

Well hair, we all used to fill pampers or cloth diapers too , but life does move on. So, instead of looking down, chin up and start doing some reading on BKMP.

YEYYYyyyyy my dividend shares showed up in my Ameritrade account today. I was confused, I had forgotten about them, I had to call to figure out what they where... Anyone want to guess what the PPS will be in a yr?

I have absolutley no reason for this guess, but it is it worth $.01 I will be happy, so that is my guess!

****, I just read over the last couple of pages on the message board here... If SNYY is worth $.15 a year from now, heck I should start looking at investment properties and what cars and motorcylces I am going to buy...

I seriously doubt $.15 will happen though, that just sounds too good to be true. I wonder if whoever came up with that number has a strong basis for it. I also wonder about the dilution of SNYY... since the dividend shares are not soluable for 1 yr, I don't think they appear on SNYY's financials as shares outstanding.

Well, I guess we will wait and see... A whole lot can happen in one year.

Good Luck to Everyone!

Yes, HEE is currently investigating the NSS. Check it out on the internet...they are seriously going after the responsible MMs. Sandy did retire and started FCAH. The NSS was a problem of the MMS and I am sure they are sweating it out. Danbury was just allowed to expire...it was nothing more than paper work.

What would be interesting to me would be to know how many snyy shares are not restricted and who can sell or buy them, as they have been traded in the last few weeks.
This will be your home work this weekend.

I'm gonna speculate that the next bkmp PR will be released when blackmountain media attains a bigger percentage of the TFN or carriage agreements have been signed. Can't put a date on it, without insider info. Hopefully soon.
You already knew that though, didn't you?

I just called BKMP's IR department to ask about the 1 share difference on my divies and I noticed somethign interesting.

It dumped right into a voicemail box and the message said "Thank you for calling The Fight Network...."

I thought Blackout media corp only owns 20% interest in blackout communications, a privately held company... and blackout communications owns TFN...why would BKMP say it's TFN ??

anybody find that strange or maybe they are now a controlling interest of 51% or more and technically own TFN now ? Hopefully a PR will come out saying such. We can only hope!!

The number I called was 416-987-2136

Just a thought here/opinion.

TFN was the brain child of Mike Garrow and Sandy Winick. It seems logical to me that from that moment they would both own 50% each.

Next how to finance: It was already stated that Sandy would primarily finance this endeavor.

Hmmmmmm: Enter now FCDH/BKMP

Now through this avenue, BKMP/Shareholders....can bring in considerable revenues to finance TFN (owned supossedly 50/50 by mike & Sandy).

That said, for our financing of the project, the share holders/us are eligible for 20% of proceeds minus costs.

Though Sandy said he was trying to increase BKMP's holding of Blackout Communications, Canadian Law restricts it to 20%. This does not mean that Sandy may have other legal ideas to increase our interest holding.

However, in another PR....it is stated that Blackout Communications owns 100% of TFN. "OWNS" is the key word here.

Therefore, could they have decided that Mike will be owner of Blackout Communications by 80% and Sandy be owner of Blackout Media/to finance through us and own 20% of Blackout Communications/TFN/TWC? I think this is how it is and how it is set up. I also believe that since BKMP is only at 20%, BKMP will be doing more of the printing/magazine/videos/etc etc.

Just thinking out loud
