This might help clear things up; a cut and paste from the last 10K:
"On January 24, 2005, the Company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with AJW Offshore, Ltd., AJW Qualified Partners, LLC, AJW Partners, LLC and New Millennium Capital Partners II, LLC for the sale of (i) $2,000,000 in secured convertible notes..."

Ive been in a few OTCBB like this but worse. talking close to zero interest..it was adpr (before it became aspr) and before rs. long long time ago would have basically 20k share volume days * .10-14 cents. it was hell...then it finally doubled and had big volume a few days. Worked with the GZFX pump and dump scam back in 03. its a true test of patience. MOTG isnt as bad because we know whats going on..

hey all, been awhile since i posted but still hanging in this one with ya. I bought in way back at .033 and out at .075 and got back in at .036 recently, now the waiting game is absolutely killing me. I know this stock is definitely worth the wait, but my patience can't take it, lol. Ive got most of my funds in here now, just waitin, and for someone who usually only holds 2 days tops a few weeks at a time with no trades makes my fingers shaky. Anyway patience is a virtue, one I do not have multitudes of but I do believe it will payoff in the end with this one, good luck everybody

There was a trade of 535 shares at .039. Factor in a $10 commission fee and the average PPS is .06. That can't be real. Can it?

Too late; already there. Actually, I'm a bit lower than that, but close enough. This $27 trade didn't much affect my average, but it sure looks better for my account to be flat for the day, rather than down a bundle.

ORLANDO, Fla., Jan 24, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Vision Works Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VWKM) and wholly owned subsidiary New Screen Television, Inc. have announced preliminary projections for the company's anticipated advertising sales in 2006. New Screen TV is interviewing and reviewing media advertising sales representation firms to sell the extensive advertising inventory available on the company's television channel, New Screen TV.
New Screen TV's signal will be available nationwide, as a basic cable channel, on April 1st. The channel will be available to affiliates throughout the U.S. via the AMC-10 satellite.
To start, New Screen TV expects revenue of over $1 million per month from advertising sales in 2006. Mark Astrom, New Screen TV's President, said, "As the channel gains broader distribution, we expect ad sales to become an ever greater percentage of our total revenues. Ultimately, it should be the single largest source of revenue and income to the company."
New Screen Television, Inc. started as an Orlando, Florida-based broadcasting company that still transmits its television service, New Screen TV, to viewers over-the-air via WRCF-TV Channel 29 Orlando. New Screen TV is on the air and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

I will be posting the standings of the "stock contest" after the end of today's trading day. So far most of the picks are down. Only 3 of the 14 picks are green.

Wish they would just bump that bid up to .038 or something. Everyone is buying but at the bid, so not helping. Its gonna end up pulling that ask down soon.
