these numbers indicate lot size, adding two zeros to the posted number tells you what the share block size being offered is, 50 = 5000, 999 = 99900. this type of block size change by a market maker seems to indicate they have many shares to move and lets other MM`S know who to call if they run short before thier orders are filled. i see this block by ARCA on GZFX L2 streamer, if ARCA gets up on the bid with this block you may see a price drop while he gets rid of or accumulates his position. with L2 price pressure on the sell side the price will usualy drop, with these shares available the price decline may last awhile. however MM`s do trade through each other so arca may be able to move his shares without ever getting to the top of the bid in witch case the price could stabalize or move up. if it were easy to predict price movement by watching a streamer we would all be rich, MM`s can manipulate price to a certain degree but it is the market movers ( buyers and sellers ) who control the price. from what i see on the L2`s looks to me like the price of this stock may slide a bit, if people start selling it may slide alot if they dont then maybe not so much.
