Ah, back to .036, just as if nothing had happened. [Smile] Did you pass the test? (Not counting Warped who had extenuating circumstances.)

Now it needs to go up so Lil can get a new car (or fix that one). [Big Grin]

looks like we've hit the floor.

Darn. Why do i literally always buy at the peak and sell at the lowest point possible?

Argh!

Warped, I think you've got it down. Now just sell when you think you should buy, and buy when you are thinking of selling and you are set! [Wink]

Warped its hard to be a flipper you really have to know a stock like the back of your hand and lots of flippers play a dual role on a stock like pbls. Part invested and part they flip for cash flow I like to stay invested on a winner like this

As you stated warped you had to sell. But the way I feel I stayed when it was in the .01's and it ran to the .05's why if I did not have to sell would I not hold at the .03's ? If that is as far as the mm's can take this now with all there mirror trading just think of where it is going.

warped, you buy and sell at the wrong time because you let other people influence your decision. the number 1 thing you should not let happen.

Thanks guys.

Bond, I definitely did not want to be a flipper on this one. Believe me, I only sold because I have to cover a house call and a fed call. I'd rather sell now instead of them just decide to liquidate whatever they want in my portfolio. If I could, I much rather would have held on to the shares.

Kywee, thanks for your advice. As I stated, I only sold because I felt that I didn't have a choice because of my circumstances. However, it is definitely true that I consider people's input here, because I don't have as much experience and am learning. But I do know that it is up to me myself to do my own DD and to make my own final decision.

I'm still learning guys... someday I'll be a darn good trader who can hold his own. But until then, one baby step at a time. [Smile]

Thanks for the input guys.

Hey, when it comes to pinks, even when it has as much good DD as this one, I find it hard to build confidence in the stock. There are variables outside the control of the company which are in play.

im not saying dont use peoples reactions. of-course you should use peoples reactions to help determine what the stock is going to do, im just saying if someone is like buy this or sell that, i wouldnt listen.

for example, i know when GZFX is going to go up or down based on the consensus of many boards.

Light, sweet crude for March delivery rose as much as 72 cents to U.S.$69.20 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange, before retreating to U.S.$68.72, 24 cents up. The contract on Friday jumped U.S.$1.52 to settle at U.S.$68.35 a barrel, the highest closing price since September 1, just days after Hurricane Katrina made landfall.

Crude oil prices reached a record high of U.S.$70.85 a barrel on August 30.

Can't hurt our oil position

Big , I really don't know I myself think we are in a quiet time and pbls is finishing there audit. And we will not here much until next month. Then you will see a stream of pr's. Don't forget everything this co is into including location.location, and location. I would suggest that you look at the front of this thread and read all the dd and then you will see why the pps to me does not make much difference a penny or two one way or the other. I have committed to be an investor on this one lol.

Why isn't there any PR's yet on New Orleans construction thingy?

ALSO have they started the buyback?

Here is what I see: by mid-2006

Mr. Alonzo, President and CEO of Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate, announced that the Board of Directors made the decision to bring the Company into SEC compliance and to become a fully reporting company in accordance with the U.S. Securities Act of 1934 by mid-2006. To facilitate this achievement, Phoenix has engaged the services of Michael Raymond, Esq., with Dickinson Wright, PLLC, Counselors at Law of Ann Arbor, Michigan, as their SEC Attorney. Phoenix also announced that it has engaged the accounting services of Dennis Kowalski of Toledo, Ohio, thus assuring compliance with SEC and NASD regulations for a fully reporting traded company. In addition to Mr. Raymond and Mr. Kowalski, Ms. Patti Fischer, Phoenix's Regional Liaison located in Toledo, Ohio, will also be a member of the team that will bring Phoenix to fully reporting status with the SEC and NASD.

As a reporting company, Phoenix will be required to file annual reports on Form 10-KSB, quarterly reports on Form 10-QSB, and reports or unusual events on Form 8K. In addition, the Company will be required to solicit proxies for its annual meetings in accordance to Section 14 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and other reporting requirements will apply to management shareholdings.

Big, nice post good info. When I start thinking about where the pps is I like to look at a post by Kelly Leak

Posted by: kelly leak
In reply to: cash2go who wrote msg# 10684 Date:1/24/2006 9:13:48 PM
Post #of 10689

cash2go..

At tonights close using the A/S as a share count, the company market cap is right at $36 million.

The sand and gravel pit assets alone are worth at least $300 million.

Not counting...
Progas.
KY producing wells.
Construction business.
WY and Nevada lease values.
Trucking business.
Pool business.

A tad undervalued..IMHO. Kelly
