Just my humble opinion. I think many flippers decided they were not going to get burnt again after last weeks quick rise and quick fall. These guys are insuring a profit on their flip. I'm hoping the longs will come out buying this afternoon.

Looks like a lot of flippers after a white candle to me they are hammering the bid with a lot of small trades. They will be gone shortly and we will move again IMHO

When it goes up you cheer when it goes down you whine! So......I suggest you flip it like Jelly suggests.......... Buy it now and sell it when it's running, cuz' your asking the wrong girl now. I'm happy with the dip right now. I have more money going into my account today so I can get more this afternoon and am not selling one share. SO........Todays gains/loss does not matter to me (except to get more). I'm DONE FLIPPING THIS ONE!!!!!!I'm HOLDING!!!!
I'm feeling a little tense today......CAN Ya' TELL? If you are flipping it.....your going in the wrong direction.....You should be happy it's low. Get it now and sell it on the news~

I'm not whining, lil, just simply asking. That's the way I learn is by asking questions. I am asking because I want to understand the reasons behind stock movement. If I can interpret this correctly, it can help me to learn more about a stock's movement and lifecycle.
I'm still long and I'm still holding. Just asking, that's all. I wasn't whining or complaining... I simply said that this movement is going against what I expected, so I want to understand why. I don't think that's such a bad thing to ask, if I want to learn.

Warped, Noone is upset with you, it is good to ask questions, but what we see is that you consistently ask everytime is goes down. Glad to hear that you aren't whining. Good stuff. It's nice that you want to learn.

I appreciate your response. I know that I ask often, but the reason the stock goes down is not always the same reason, is it? I mean, our last big drop was because of retracement, this time, maybe it's profit takers because of people who previously lost and want to take some profit, another time it may be because of lunch or end of week, another time it's a shakeout... could be different reasons. It's not like the answer is always going to be the same. That's why I ask.
For example, today, the answer is profit-taking. Well, I thought it was a shakeout from the MMs. How am I supposed to know when it's one or the other? That's what I'm trying to learn here.

ummm, hey... so, i asked a question in a previous post that didn't really get an answer. maybe it was just a really dumb question, but since my favorite characters seem to be watching right now (Lil, Jelly), here goes... what happens if this stock actually moves from pinks to Nasdaq? do we keep all our shares, or does something weird happen? does anyone know an example of a company that moved from pinks to naz (and got people stinking rich) so i can check out how it happened?

Well Warped, we don't KNOW for sure either. We assume profit taking. And that is most likely right, but we don't know unless we are sitting with the sellers, you know?
DC- that's a good question, and I don't know, because normally the company will put something out and tell us how it will go.

Usually like us a stock will move from pinks to otcbb which is just full reporting after it sits there and reports every quarter for as long as they want they will try a move to one of the bigger boards at that time they may r/s to get a higher pps but they have to tell you before they do anything. If management are telling us the truth and I think they are we are afew weeks away from appling for otcbb which at that time the copany will become totally transparent and will justify a much higher pps. Nothing should happen to your stock. Most likly a higher pps from all the people on the sidelines that will be coming in once they see the real numbers

You guys got my attention last few days. I DD'd yesterday & convinced it was a good buy. Saw that spike up sharp yesterday & thought it might drop back to .039 or .04 today to fill a few gaps. What do ya know. It worked out for once & I got in at .04 hour ago. Ready to watch it fly.

Warped, here is my opinion on why the pps dropped a little today so far. We are on the pinks, reasoning does not go very far and charts do not either. It is my belief that the fundamentals of companies on the pinks and otcbb are much more important than Technical analysis, and Technical analysis is much more important with stocks on bigger exchanges,(however I do believe fundamentals do play a role there). I am of the opinion that this day to day price movement does not really matter if you are an investor in the company as I am.
Now if you are a trader and will be flipping the stock then you should keep a close eye on it and sell when you think the stock is overbought or when even like LIL does by selling on news.
The bottom line is when audits are done and are as good as we believe they will be, there should be such a rise in PPS that RSI and other overbought indicators will be living in overbought status for quite some time.
Back to the main question, I am sure there are some flippers that got out today after buying in yesterday(same as profit taking), MMS still in play though I believe the manipulation has somewhat halted or slowed down.

Thanks macdrsirules, for that detailed response! I am a long, an investor, I guess, in PBLS... however, I do need to take out some of it within 5 days to cover a fed call. So I hope it'll be going upward within this time period. For the long haul, I'm ok with the movement in either direction (as long as it goes up in the end!)

Thorn...I'm still holding PLNI waiting for that audit. Wish I had the money to put here in PBLS but as long as I've held PLNI I'm not going to sell it now. Good Luck.

Thorn this is my opinion only from one that was in plni and I made good bank because I never blieved Jim Turek.
However I do believe the management of pbls because they have came through with all that they said they would. And Paul Alonzo has stated more than once in pr's that they are on trac with there time table of applacation and audit to be turned in mid Febuary 06 and fully reporting otcbb by May 1st 06 I think at the time of the 10 form you will see a huge move in the pps or maybe a good move before that, possibility is why I am in this now in case it takes off early this my opinion only and that is why I invested before all this takes place so I am not chaseing.

One of the things that impressed me was the whole way that the progas deal went down Alonzo first put out a pr the deal was to close on 11/30/05 and of course a pr came out kicking the time frame to Dec. 15 06 and I thought here we go just another pinkie. He gave his reasons and I thought they were pretty weak to say the least. But on Dec. 15,06 it was a done deal like he said so unless something comes along that shows me different I am riding for the brand on this one IMHO
