I thought it was a joke? sorry..
actually its a pink sheet stock with a disclaimer and a safe harbor statement.. you cant do anything about it....it wasnt in any official PR - I dont think..maybe on there website..but pink sheet stocks arent governed or regulated the same way a nasdaq or AMEX stock is...
He basically can say anything he wants..literally...its up to us to taket his statements at face value or do some DD and investigate..
And remember what he said - as long as he's president NO RS.. so he might step down and have somebody else step in and then Reverse Split.. He could've had this planned all along.. He is pretty shrewd for an old timer and hes had much practicce at it.
But Ill wait to see how this all plays out.........
It seems to me this stock makes an legitimate RUN every couple of years..12/2001, 2004..next run 2006?? Ill wait...

You're wrong. Pink Sheet simply excuses you from filing financials with the SEC; it does not give you legal immunity. You cannot lie to shareholders, whether you are a public or private corporation, filing or not filing.
Eg, Olsen's promises of audit results etc. are not legally enforceable. The existence of a completed audit is, however, since he represented the completed audit's existence to shareholders.
The most actionable infraction, however, is his assertion on two occasions that total shares outstanding were 19.5 billion when in fact it was 44 billion. He opened himself up to a massive lawsuit.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY SOMETHING TO YOU FRANK:
Frank, I think you are a terrible man right now. But I want you to know something. If, and this is a big if, but IF the reason for the delay in releasing the audit was to somehow enable you to get us on an exchange, and we see in a few days a new exchange and audit, I just want you to know man, I will not think you are a terrible man anymore. So, if you know what your doing, don't let our ire get you down. We will change our minds if you come through and be your friends again. But until then, just know that we hate your guts. Thank you.

Lets act now !!!! Securities FraudWall Street's biggest firms have been involved in securities fraud that has been considered one of the most negative, discomforting occurrences in Wall Street history. The uncovering of the Wall Street scandal is expected to result in the SEC approving what has been a very tedious task of reaching a $1.5 billion settlement with 10 Wall Street firms, and allowing investors the opportunity to take part in securities fraud class action lawsuits. Miller, I'll tell you, I'd like to get buckwheat's DD first. He might actually be looking it up since it's taking him a while to respond.
I got a picture of Frank from his yearbook, lol. That's how seriously I take some of this. I appreciate you updating us on the L2's. Valcom came into the scene producing two of QBID's shows originally, and they are the ones who sold the film library, if I remember right.
IMHO, they are scammers to the core, but they've been around as SBI communications and none of the officers names have come up with an alert yet. I know VALCOM has changed it's ticker at least twice (if not three times) in the last five years or so.
My assumption here is that if there is a new CFO, we're about to see a reverse merger, reverse-split, and a new ticker symbol and name. The company "as we know it, anyway" will probably die in two month's time.
Just my guess, but this thing has been shorted (diluted is a better word considering how toxic financing works) to hell and back. That tells me Frank is trying to bail ASAP, he's probably worried one of the investors is going to go ballistic on him, or maybe he's had some threats on his life, or maybe he's just getting old and wants out.
Frank won't last another two months in this company, though. There's no way. Everyone hates him for what he did to the PPS. Even if people don't think he's directly diluting, he's clearly responsible, and he's certainly not buying back shares.

The faster this hits .0001, the sooner the reverse-split will be announced coinciding with Frank stepping down and letting someone else be the CEO. Once this R/S's it'll have a name change and will immediately fall to .0001. Then, 2-3 years from now, it'll rise again just like the old QBID did.
Don't believe me? We'll see if history can repeat itself. Besides, I'm the only one who did enough DD on this forum to know the former name of Triangle Multimedia.

it means that there are 15 people lined up to buy at .0002 and it means that 6 people are lined up to sell at .0003
dont twist things around.
BID is buy as in you are bidding to buy at XXX
ASK is sell as in you are asking XXX to sell
God people love to mess with people.

It would be easier and safer to shareholders to do what FOT suggests than to file a suit and guarantee that we lose completely.IMO.

You haven't offended me, so I respect what you have to say. It's when these idgits get off telling me I never did any DD, never brought anything to the board, and yet I was sitting there yelling that the O/S had to be approaching 50 billion because we were hitting new lows just two days after PRs that we were on Time Warner!
I'm sorry, but having put as much time into research as I have and being told I don't know crap really irks me. And I think I'm justified in telling people 1) to get out, and 2) that they should have gotten out yesterday. Each day it is going to be the same. "You should have gotten out yesterday".
Still looking at a million shares at .0003 that have not sold in the last two hours.

Okay, so I'll extend the "BuckwheatBob Challenge" to you too. Can you answer any of the three questions?
1) What is Frank Olsen's original name? 2) What was the name of Triangle Multimedia before it changed? (Either the name of the studio or the shell it bought will do) 3) How many outstanding shares were there as of February 2004?
I've answered each of these in various QBID threads at least once, so if you read all of my old comments, you'd find the answers.

shareholders get nothing... ask the ERON folks. And I can speak from experience that shareholders get nothing. I own Global Crossing. It went chapter 11, I lost all my shares. But the ironic part is, they are still in business (new owner) and I am having to pay to use their long distant service which I help financed in the beginning.....

If Frank has some plan that works out well for him and leaves us holding the bag, then that would be a good time for him to explain a lot of stuff in court. At least there might be some money in it that way. And it would be a good time to see how good he could be destroyed in the financial world. Before he gets free to cause more damage.

does your head fit through doorways when you walk thru? walk on water?
really the 'cat's meow' of dd, huh?
folks here a year before you have known about integrated. and triangle broadcasting. and puget sound development. wa, nv, ca. gaay, qbid, ttn, qtn. there is no "qtv" as you have posted.
back in oct, you told folks "Frank can't dilute any more than 2 billion more at this point without losing control of the company." told you he could throw an amendment on tmm increasing the a/s. he's done that before.
man, you bring some good conversation and research here but, you're not the only one. won't play games with you. get over yourself....
