No offense but people make false accusations on this board and others all of the time, other start rumors, lie, pump and bash, etc, but trust me none of these are reasons that would hold up in court. Unless you are directly breaking a specific SEC law or threatening someone – its not gonna happen. Hec, look at Frankie boy, he tried to go after the basher called Fistula on RB – nothing happened.

Are you kidding? A 1000 to one split is probably not big enough. that would only be ten cents per share and for every million shares you own now it would only leave you 1000 shares at ten cents with the probability of going down from there

I only post in QBID on Allstocks also. I dont buy penny stocks as a rule, especially not pinks. I have never seen a nonpink have a message board community like these do. I am or have been primarily a member at Fool, but I liked what I found about Q and I liked Allstocks of all the boards I scoured when I started buying QBID. It is the only penny I own right now so I dont see any reason to even look at the other threads.

I know as i have had my chance back when Yahoo was making its first IPO. i was invited to buy in at the .10 price per share. i decided to bail on the idea, only to find out that 3 years later it split 8 times and sold for $300 a share.
needless to say if i would have held, i would have been a multi millionaire now.
how did u get the yahoo for 10 cents a share and how could you pass it up when the IPO was listed as $13 in 1996?

I think their subscription rate is lower. I don't have any numbers to back it up but there are probably more potential "fight" fans than gay viewers...

from my experience and call me a pumper i really dont care the best time to buy a stock or the most profitable time anyways is when it is hated.

i think franky must have something big up his sleeve cuz in my opinion he is playing with fire. too many whacko's in this stock to be playing games like he is. i wouldnt be surprised if we see somethin on the news regarding a crazed shareholder and something to do with qtv.
i hope i am wrong but i think this is definitely a real possibility at this point.

Sorry but I have to disagree with you. Going back a few years ago, some one in the US sued their parents for having him and he won the law suit. I don't remember who it was but do remember it was on the radio and the announcers where making jokes about it for weeks. I think Howard Stern even made a couple of cracks about it. My point is anything is possible.

This witchhunt is going to screw over the investors more than anyone. IF Frank is purposely out to bank the cash and run, I am not a believer in this but IF that is the case, then he would have made sure he is personally covered I am sure. So all this bs of gay games, carrier mail bombing and law suits is just going to bend over the investors. Nice job losers.

I don't think Frank is running a scam, I think his network is doing really well and has a ton of potential. What is VERY evident, however, is that the investor doesn't matter to him. His dream is to create a network, not make billions, not to have a high share price, etc. He's taken millions of dollars from investors to make his company run and there is no return at all. To make matters worse, he promises things that aren't coming true, has lied about past buyback initiatives, and is ignoring the investor unrest.
I can't expect him to make EVERYTHING better, but if he truly were a man of integrity and feels for the common man who helped him build the foundation of his dream, he'd throw us a bone and tell us exactly what is happening with the company. If he did this from time to time and we could verify the things he said, we'd all have a lot of faith in the company if he said things were going well. As it stands now, anything he says is suspect.
I'm afraid to buy back into this stock because I have no idea where this will bottom out.

tommorrow we get a pr this is the qbidiots prediction. i just think we are getting something i dont know what but it is time for frank to give us something to chew on.
think about it shareholders are very po'd and if he indeed is still selling stock then he needs to get the volume back on track.
another scenerio is that if he is buying back stock then he would need to get the volume up again. so the perfect thing would be to put out what would appear as a fluff pr cuasing a selloff and boom buyback a chunk of shares.
i dont have a clue whats really going on but i am saying a pr tommorrow this is purely my prediction but i think and beleive my intuition.

I have tried to bring reason and logic to this board. If this is called “pumping” then too bad. If you don’t like reason and logic then too bad. I’ve endeavored to filter thru the rhetoric and stay with the raw facts. I may not have been totally successful, but I think that I’ve been there a lot more than some. I got a little out of my “norm” the other night, but that was one night. Some of you never use logic or reason. If I’m a pumper, then when and what did I say? Whenever I expressed an opinion I usually qualified it!
I don’t think Frank sits at his desk and plots and plans how he is going to take my money or yours. BTW, there are only 24 hours in a day, and for Frank to build a network this big and this fast; he probably needed an extra hour or two. IMO, Frank’s mind is running fast and way down the road building Q and I do fault him for not taking us with him.
If you remove the pps/audit issue and only have QTN to look at, what do you find as a negative? What major issues are there at QTN? The 150 markets? Solved. Next… Not enough subs? Good God, Rome wasn’t built in 15 months! Need more markets? Lincoln and Los Angeles. Both cities have been mentioned in the public media. Someone give me a guess on what the subs will be in these two 3 months after broadcasting. Also, give me a guess on the number of subs in 3 months with the entire system. We could be very close to turning a profit. What would a small profit do for the pps? QTN seems to be moving out smartly toward success. Anyone remember what QTN consisted of on Sept 1st? Look at the cities and the brick and mortar that have recently been added. I speculate that this trend will continue.
Many have brought much good DD to this forum. I really do appreciate that and I thank you very much. I’m here because of that. I have endeavored to contribute what I can and hope that what I’ve expressed is of value.
IMO, people who attack have an agenda and those who respond enable. For the most part I have not attacked and I don’t intend too. I’m not going to lower myself to that. I’m going to try and continue to bring what reason and logic I can so others can have a little clearer view of things and thus make a better decision in life. But then, I could just lurk.
