I still hope that Frank will turn out to be not so bad of a guy, but these are hopes. The reality of the situation is that he has a history of promising that which he either can not or will not deliver.
I suspect they will get the run-around too, but at this point, with the stock at as low a PPS as it currently is, I can't imagine Frank would care. All he has to do is convince a few more people to buy and then the toxic financiers make him more money.
Once this hits .0001, no more money can be made from toxic financing barring a reverse-split. I wouldn't be surprised if we see one. If we do, best of luck for those of you still in this.

I checked into Time Warner and I was a bit too fast on it. I did find Q listed in California, Florida, Georga and No. Carolina - Raleigh. All not reflected on Q's web site yet.

Based on history, you may be right about a potential stall.
However, why would we not will get some information Thursday?
The first week of January seems early to include the recent, vital fourth quarter information.
Untill we have the additional hour of programing, the carriage contracts signed and viewer subscriptions, as a network with muscle, we are still just treading in the water.
I do firmly believe all of this will happen in the near future--just a few months to the games.
Aside from that, I do agree with your concerns about stockholders being encouraged to hold long.
Television is a liquid, high-stakes game.
Frank is shrewed and knows from previous mistakes the consequences of revealing his hand too soon.
