"In this country you are innocent untill proven guilty"

This is not true in civil court. I also find it hard to believe Frank 'forgot' about the audit.

However, you're right in that it would be impossible to prove fraud without supporting documents, which we will probably never see.

Yea we need to give Frank the benefit of the doubt until all the facts are assessed as its been said before. As long as we want to hold these shares. Easier said than done.

No offense BWB but I believe you are wrong on this one. Frank said he would not increase the O/S without a vote of the common shareholders, and he would abstain from voted. That is a pretty detailed statement. He said the only reason he would raise the O/S was to buy the rights to the Mary Hartman Show. As horribly vague as this managament team can be, this is one of the few statements that I heard very clearly. No increase in O/S w/o vote of common shareholders.

Ha, I was kidding around... I just thought that having QTN featured on the most visited GLBT website is big news...

I don't know what to compare it to...

HAHHAHAHAHHA no one caught this?

"The Christmas Show" is just one of 26 rarely televised episodes from 1963's

Id like to stress "FROM 1963's"

How do you make 1963 plural? hahha shouldent that be 1960's? i mean im all for qbid and all but this is just stupid on their part, i see the professionalism going down the toilet. However it is funny that they didnt check there PR before sending it to the world.

ahh well i guess its my sense of humor that finds this funny.

Hello all,

Staying home from work today getting the house cleaned up and ready for a Christmas party this evening. I have been watching QTN this morning. Brunch was pretty good as a far as morning shows go. Now there is a show on called “Flowers from the Heartland” about a movement where people are sending these emails telling people that they should send flowers to a random same sex couple standing in line to get married in San Francisco to show their support for what they are doing. The show has been very good and very well done/produced. The only problem is that in some of the scenes, the voice is out of sync with the video. Most of the shows don’t have any problems like this, but this one does.

Idk, I read it and it makes sense... from 1963's "The Judy Garland Show"...try rewriting it as The Judy Garland Show of 1963 (another form for the apostrophe s setup)...

I IMDB'ed the show, and it only ran from 1963-1964... so that's in sync too... I could be wrong but it seems to make sense...

Yeah, something does seem wrong...maybe like you mentioned, "from"...maybe it should be "during"...

IDK, I'd rather see "from 1963s...nevermind, the audit is out"

PT, I don't think Frank is stupid at all, I think he is fiscally irresponsible. If a friend misses a pre-arranged meet for any reason, they would call to apologize and explain. Frank has no less responsibility to those that are funding his dream no matter if they invested $2.00 or $10K. People bought stock based on Frank's advised completion of the audit and promise to publish. That was what, 7 weeks ago. If there is a reason he can't, then he needs to keep his shareholders informed, not holding the bag. Two weeks is too long in Pennyland.

I don't require a news flash to "tell" me that Frank has developed a ruse for financing his dream when a company that is positively progressing in their business plan has a pps steadily headed into the toilet for months. Raising the A/S to 60B and then to 100B within 6 weeks given the current pps significantly reduced the opportunity to move out of the .0002/3 range. Whether you want to argue that those issues are there "just in case" Frank needs them, the fact remains that they were "authorized" to be used or they would not have been issued. You and I didn't authorize them - that's a breach of trust among other things.

Follow the money trail. I'll leave it to the SEC to determine what is actionable in court as should you.

Just the facts, ma'am.

Just dropping in to wish everyone a Happy Holiday! I have not been on the boards nor have I been looking at the PPS lately. I will say I am very upset with Frank; the A/S issue is getting out of hand. I do think the PPS will recover eventually, but the share count should not be touched anymore. We, as partial owners of QBID need to step in and say or do something.

Here a few of my favorite quotes from the conference call on October 19, 2005:

“If you added my preferred shares with it we would have about 44 billion shares out there right now.” ----- “That would be as uh just the last few days and and when we put up the audit it’s going to say something close to that.”

“I’m working very hard to get the the rights to Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. And, I’ve been working on it for five years and that be the only reason that I would make increase the the the the increase in in the in the in the shares so I would have some restricted stock so they would go along with me to give me the stuff that would be the only reason. And I would notify the shareholders in advance and I would even let them vote on it and I would abstain.”

“I give you my commitment I will never sell you a share without, sell a share without informing you. I’ve told these people for a long time I will not roll the stock back.”

Happy Holidays!

David
