PT- I don't know what I can tell by what Frank says, i'm saying this without trying to be hateful or critical. It's right that I can leave if I don't like the way it is, but its right that I can stay and say whatever I think I can get away with. Frank may be working hard to succeed, but I still need to find out whohe is talking about benefiting from it. Nobody here can take himseriously on any statement in my opinion. I wouldn't want half the **** that Frank has to deal with. HE SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE THAT MAKE IT WORK. I'm behind imakmoneys plan also. But like you said Frank can drag it out. THE BIG ISSUE HERE IS FRANK IS ANTI SHARE HOLDER AND IF HE DOES ADDRESS SOMETHING ITS JUST TO PACIFY PEOPLE LIKE WE ARE A BUNCH OF DUMBOS. WHY ARE WE ALWAYS A PROBLEM? last summer Whiz talked about 3-5 years. Im still looking that far out. we are only a year into Whiz's projections, and many are loosing it.

Yep! When you buy a pink you need alot more dicipline than sitting on a blue-chip. You've been around for a while now & I pray you see a profit on EVERY share you bought!
When I made my predictions I genuinely believed MOST of what Frank said. Sadly that was not the case. Frank was not forthright about some of his most significant moves. Realistically you can not tell people you're buying shares back (aprox. 1 billion) while secretly diluting another 50 billion & expect a stable pps.
I still see this company succeeding but it's value has been seriously undermined by people's accurate perception that although Frank did not out right lie, he did NOT tell us the truth. And he did that knowingly at the expence of long term investors.
Even now I can say with absolute conviction that with all the real progress this company has made & even if all 60 billion shares were in the float, this company is under valued!
Is my math wrong?
60,000,000,000 times .0003 is $18,000,000.
Not for one minute do I believe we're only worth 18 million bucks.
Rod! You're right! People are bidding .0001 which is not a reflection of value. It's cause no one trusts Frank! The only reason QBID is supporting .0003 is because WE WON'T SELL! Makes no difference because MMs will make a market at .0001 & that's not far off.
It may be a suckers play but WHEN THE DUST SETTLES I will buy 50 million shares!
I will sell my core plus 35 million in the .0035 range at a very respectable profit & hold a new core of 15 million at a par value of .0001 per share!
If, & that's a big "IF" Frank does not do any more damage & QBID realizes a value of 3 billion, which is probable, that would be a flat value of two cents a share!
In short what I'm saying is this,,,
(1) I still believe we can make a mint off this!
(2) but our current pps IS FRANK's FAULT!
Could he have accomplished all that he has any other way? I don't know. But I do know I do NOT trust him!

No offense whiz... much respect for you.. but when Q is valued at 3 billion dollars... how many shares O/S will there be?
You cannot assume there will be only 60 billion O/S when Frank has taken it from 14.5 to 60 in just one year... In the next 2 years, how many more will there be? 100? 150? 200? 300? when the pps is this low, he has to issue many, many billion just to buy toilet paper.
At this point, Q will be lucky, and I mean lucky with a capital L to get back to .0010! Franks best option at this time is to collateralize his assets to buy back shares, when the pps increases, sell off a portion to pay back the debt, and retire the balance.
If he did that a couple times in a year, he might be able to get this back under control. Failure to do something of this nature, he will be forced to R/S or continue raising the A/S and diluting this to oblivion! Either way, you loose!

Also agree that Frank could shock us & take out a loan to buy back massive amounts of stock but as I pointed out before he would have great difficulty doing that without people finding out which in it self would send the pps up before he could buy enough to really do us any good. Also, when, excuse me "IF" he ever publishes that audit he would have to report his every move which also would make it even more difficult to buy back massive amounts.
Yep! That's the whole reason we're going to .0001 because NO ONE TRUSTS FRANK!

I think all things gay will be big or bigger the next year... gay tv ... contriversal gay movies, actor playing gay parts on tv shows, the legalization of gay mariages. Elton John's new gay marriage. maybe even QTV.
But i do agree with Pennies loosing faith in Frank... this whole QBID board is all based on speculation. No one knows what is going on because Frank hasnt said squat about anything. Only thing we know is the stock isnt worth anything.

honestly, how would anyone know if Frank was buying anything up.
he could be buying all the shares that are moveing, if everyone is dumping, someone is buying. the only one that would buy back that many shares would be doing it because they know they will get thier money back out of them later.
there have been alot of 9 million blocks going through for the last couple of months since the audit was completed.
All i can say is, when the audit came out on October 28th, Frank said he was going to have a meeting with his board of directors to discuss the financial status of the company.
Im sure that if any of what he told us was true as far as numbers and being 30% better then they expected, and wanting to get on a new exchange, they would have come to the conclusion that something had to be done with the O/S.
now being as sleezy as Frank is, he needs to do this on the cheep, and how else do you get the price to stay down? stop with the prs with any substance, and lay on the fluffs that investors dont care about. then you let some court case files be found to add even more of a scare into the market. spread some rumours that never come true, to several people from message boards, to further add to the deception. All the while buying up every share that comes available till you spent your 10 million dollar loan buying up 30 billion shares. announce that the o/s is back to 14 billion shares. watch the price sky rocket back to the 2 cent area and dump sell off 500 million and get his mony back, or better yet sell of 1 billion pay off your loan and earn a healthy 10 million dollars.
Ya that is very unlikely, but what a friging mind rush this it going to be if it happens.
is it that far out there to think that it is possible that this could happen?

I think that's exactly what is happening. There has to be something in the works. There are too many good things happening with the company. Too much hush hush right now about financials. I do believe Frank still has a good handle on this. It seems like his team is doing A great job growing and cultivating business. I really don't think Frank is going to make shady deals and decisions on his own. The board of directors is there for A reason, not to just listen to Frank. They made decisions on what to do about the companys financial structure at the meeting. I don't believe the board of directors took a vote and said, Let's screw the shareholders out of everything. (possible, but I doubt it) Like I said before these people are professionals and their reputations & careers are on the line. I for one am still very optimistic, and believe. There are way too many tangible things out there that are not just good, but great. Everything else is just opinion at this point. Frank has allways been late on everything, but has delivered what he has said. Why should the audit be any different. I'm sure there are reasons. I will still be buying. Don't believe anything you hear, and only half of what you see.
Just my optimistic opinion of course.

IMO there is now doubt that Q Television Network will succeed. The question is what and how will QBID shareholders make out from this? We already know that QTN will be sold eventually, but what will we get if anything? The studio and NTI will probaly be part of QTN, then what? Are we going to be left with bunch of existing worthless QBID shell shares? This is exaclty what we are stuck with right now. A bunch of worthless QBID shares... If you look at the Firestone lawsuit all/most references to agreements are with QTN not TMM.
