howdy howdy ho hehehe, its mr. hanky hehehe.sorry guys im a bit silly ive been working for days and days straight and havent been able to follow the boards so closely or watch my little qbid during the day.to be totally honest what a breath of fresh air not to watch this under the microscope everyday.for me being a true long (one who is not going to sell my shares for a very long time) it really doesnt matter if the stock goes up or down for the next few weeks.im in this for the long hual i beleive fully in the product alot of stuff is quite shady with this company but that is what you get when you invest in pinkies.i still want to beleive that qtv and triangle multi media are one and the same and that franky is buying back shares as paniced investors cannot wait any longer, but i really dont have a clue as i imagine none of you do either. i just want to remind those that bought in very high relative to todays price i know your money has been tied up i know its painful to look at the red but you have not lost until you actually hit the sell button and sell for that loss.if you must then do what you gotta do but if you can hang onto this i think it is a great bet the risk to reward is just huge.think about it even if jens calculations are way too high and this stock is not worth .029 but lets just say a penny most of us i think are in this with an avg cost of less than .003 so the potential for most would be to triple their money .ok i dont want to be called the dreadful p word ( pumper hehe) but i just still think this is a great longer term play. the stock market is the transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient.i didnt coin those words but i beleive it to be somewhat true.good luck to you all tommorrow is another day.this is truly a fun stock i never had that family feeling in a stock before like i get with all of you and our little q.

I agree with everyone else in here. This is a pink and we all should have known that Pinks are risky. If you cant afford to lose the money you should have never invested it in QBID. So with that in mind, we all have to wait and see if our risky investments playout, in the hands of a sly Frank Olsen.

I am getting so sick of the loose terminology TMM management and/or their PR firm use. I also think that the statement means the TMM audit is done, but since the info is on the QTN website, it speaks in terms of Q, siting TMM also when needed.
How the hell do we really know though? We all might want to take a minute and write Q and Richard, expressing our displeasure with the terminology, as it misleads and confuses us shareholds quite frequently.

The lines that make me believe the audit is for TMM are:
1) "Q Television Network, being a subsidiary of Triangle Multi Media, completed its audit on..."
It seems to me, when you break down the English language, the appropriate way to write this if it was for QTN only would be:
Q Television Network, a subsidiary of Triangle Multi Media, completed its audit on...
not including the word "being"
2) "Specific asset percentages, breakdowns and splits of Q Television Network and /or its parent, Triangle Multi Media"
I am not sure why they would include asset percentages, breakdowns, and splits of TMM at all, unless it was audited.
Again, the vague language upsets me and no one really knows for sure. I sure hope they don't plan on going public with an audit of QTN. That would good for a laugh or two, but that's about it.

The written audit completion date was supposed to be 11/20/2005. The verbally expressed completion date (per Frank during the CC) was 10/31/2005.

I remember Frank saying something like this in the CC, that he would meeting to hault the falling price, and he said that if it did continue to fall, that the company would be fine, because of private investors, bankers.
Who were these private investors and bankers. I would love to find this out. Any one have any friends in the loan and banking business.

I don't recognize anyone in this anymore. I guess the old timers were either smart enough to get out last year with profits or they left after so many broken promises of diluted shares. There is only so many shares you can put on the market before they become worthless and no one wants them anymore. No matter what happens with the company.

what these are, are "investment bankers"... and yes Frank said (and it makes sense) that the investment bankers will continue to fund the network no matter where the stock price is at...
i think its pretty obvious that Frank cannot fund a network currently with a shareprice of .0005...if he is, we are in serious trouble!
But he probably goes to the investment bankers with audits, or assestments on his assets and uses them as collateral to get like 250K from each investment banker every month to fund the network..

real I think you're on the right track about this. What we call QBID, or just Q, is Triangle Multi-media (sometimes referred to as TMM) which has the official stock symbol of QBID.PK. This is what we own...shares in QBID.PK. And TMM is the "parent company" of Q Television Network.
This is similar to many other well-known corporations; for example, General Electric.
One of GE's most famous subsidiaries is NBC television network. Income from NBC goes to the bottomline of General Electric, the parent company, and makes GE shareholders very happy.
And income from QTN goes to the bottomline of Triangle Multi-media, the parent company, and makes QBID shareholders very happy (or will very soon).
I also think the news media, including QBID's own PR reps, refer to Triangle Multi-media with many different labels (such as TMM, Q Television Network, QTN, QTV, etc.). Although there may be some legal reason for doing this, I really think it's often just their casual attitude about company names.
Back to the audit. Regardless of what the audit has been called, I believe Frank told us in the CC that "everything" about Triangle Multi-media will be revealed when the audit is released. If the audit is counting shares, then it's obvious that the audit is dealing with all of TMM and not just QTN.
Until the audit is released, I don't see any reason for debating the subject, and I don't intend to worry about things I can't control.

JMHO I feel that we maybe have an upcoming deal with PinkTV in France regarding the coverage of the Gay Games 2006.
PinkTV is now a media sponsor of the World Out Games in Montreal July 26-Aug 05 2006, this is a new development this week. "Q" is not covering the games in Montreal.
"Q" is the media avenue for the Gay Games 2006.
PinkTV will need North American coverage = "Q"
"Q" will need European coverage = PinkTV
Nice marriage to cover both games and get international coverage. Of course only time will tell if this will happen, just mere speculation on my part
