does anyone no anything about this CMSI i got 9,000 free shares from prrm it used to be NGHP or something like that anyways does anyone no when the will not be restricted.

If it is a 144 restriction which I assume it is, then it will take 1 year to become unrestricted as long as the company is reporting its finances and a couple other requirements of the company, two years with no requirements. You can go to the SEC website and type in 144 restriction for more details.
It will cost between $150.00 to $250.00 to transfer the restricted to unstricted shares after the time limit. This is common with these companies that want to make you think your getting something for nothing. It usually costs more to unrestrict your shares then you can sell them for afterwards. You can call your broker to find out the cost of changing your shares over.

It is funny that you bring this up. We were having a debate over Guthrie's other company being non-existant. 5 minutes later, the stock, which has not traded a share for months, all of the sudden had 10,000 in volume. Isn't that strange???

Yeah, those that got these type shares from CMKX still can't get theres unrestricted. A lot got there shares sent to them as certs. Now they are figuring out why the broker charges so much to transfer them for you. You have to contact the company and have a opinion letter sent from there attorney telling the TA they can convert your shares and then issue new certs. And if the company decides they don't want to allow conversion then so be it.
This restricted divy in another company usually turns out to be a scam to make shareholders feel better until they find out that it will cost more to unrestrict the share and decide its not worth it.
