I've had a limit order in to buy at 0.012 for a while, and I keep getting these tiny little partial fills -- I'm glad to be buying at 0.012, but percentage-wise the commissions are going to kill me if this doesn't seriously go up -- because the fills I'm getting are for like $50 of the stock a day instead of the $500+ I'm trying to buy, making those commission fees rack up against me. I've never had such small fills on any stock order: Weird.

hahaha ya that does really suck with the commisions.. I had that happen a few times. Sometime instead of sitting on the bid i hit the ask with my orders and get about 70% and then the rest i sit on the bid and wait to see if i can get it lower. I like to just through money in to feel the stock out and how it moves day to day and once i know whats going on i get into the stock heavy.

I've got my fill at 0.012. Now I'm going to try and sell. Today, the spread and the volume on this revolved around my bid, ask, and purchase... Seems like I'm the only one interesting in buying or selling this stock right now.
What do you guys think the timetable is for UTSYF to pop again?
(We've discusssed how high this can go -- big potential to move way up on low volume -- but what are the risks of a further downward slide... the historical trend doesn't look great as far as the general directrion of the PPS, although upward spikes do seem to occur often as well.... so if it can hold steady at the current level then the next peak will be a good selling point, but if the floor drops out from under first, then the next peak will just be a break even for those at the current average, at best. I'm not sure how to read the odds here.)
Penn Biotech, Inc. Changes its Name to United Traffic System, Inc.
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Penn Biotech Inc. (The "Company") (OTCBB:PBOTF) has approved its corporate name change to United Traffic System, Inc. (UTS). UTS aims the growth of the Intelligent Traffic Systems business, along with its continued development of Biotechnology business. UTS is vigorously pursuing business opportunities in the People's Republic of China. The Board of Directors also has ratified a 3 to 1 consolidation of its share capital as per the previous release of February 11, 2005. The Company will restructure as necessary to facilitate the continued development of its two different but distinct businesses.
United Traffic System Inc. (the Company or PBI) was incorporated under the Company Act (British Columbia) on October 23, 2002. On January 13, 2005 the Company changed its name from Penn Biotech Inc.
The Company has acquired the exclusive right to use patented technology to produce seed potatoes. The Company's planned principal business operations include the production and sale of seed potatoes. To date the Company has devoted substantially all of its efforts to implementing the patented technology to produce seed potatoes at full production capacity in a tissue culture facility at Olds Agricultural College, Alberta. In November, 2004 the Company abandoned the Olds facility and is working to relocate its operations to the Peoples Republic of China.
On December 22, 2003, the Company agreed to acquire the exclusive license to manufacture, install and sell technology owned by Traffic-Its Co., Ltd. The license is to provide the Company with the right to use the technology for the longer of 30 years, or the duration of the patents involved, and to commercially exploit the technology in Asia, Europe, and North America. Subsequent to December 31, 2003, the Company determined the licensor had failed to comply with the terms of the agreement and cancelled the agreement. After renewed negotiations, PBI has re-entered its agreement with Traffic-Its Co., Ltd. and, subsequent to December 31, 2004, PBI changed its name to United Traffic System Inc.
The Company has not yet generated significant revenue from its planned principal business operations. As of December 31, 2004 the Company is considered a development stage company as defined by Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 7 (SFAS No. 7).
WHO IN THE WORLD ONLY BUYS $25 of a stock? That barely covers the commision costs. Considering how many commisions I had to pay to BUY the stock in small chuncks to begin with, then selling only $25 worth of it at a time is actually going to lose me money, even though it's a PPS gain... this is driving me crazy.
Still, it's sign that the stock is ready to boil over and up, I think... hopefully.

Looks like with all the volume this one is getting could be a very nice gap play tomorrow.

Hey guys im back!!! I love this stock!! Im back in and ready to go again! kidpolio..i don't think it will gap. Theres not enough volume on it to gap and there is no news or anything to make it gap.. Im not bashing your opion, im just saying mine... Guys the MACD has crossed and the Full STO is just about to.. Im back in and looking for some action in the up coming weeks..Remember this is a load and hold play.. Its all about patience when playing it! JMHO

I'm out, but I made a little money. Bought at around 12 and sold at around 14.5. Got hammered on commisions some, since I could only buy and sell in rather small chunks until the end there, when it finally got gobbled up... and it sure did take a while to get in and then out considering the small gain I was afer.... But I can't complain, really, because this is the only stock that made me any $$ in weeks instead of going belly up and bleeding red. I might hop back in myself in a bit.

Current holdings (aka, current losers): PMED, PBLS, CLBE, ICMH, CWFG, and AMEP. Call me a trash collector, but I'm convinced that at least two of these will turn around and make up for the other bums one day... maybe. (hopefully soon.)

Yeah, Uncle Buck is right. There are plenty of POS stocks listed on this board and I own a couple of losers, but UTSYF seems more than decent to me right now, and I'm not even holding it currently. Although I do feel bad for anyone who bought this stock at it's recent peak -- that obviously wasn't going to last. But the new low probably won't last either, and it should pop back up in the new year.
I mean, the super-low volume is the only real problem with this stock... finding a large chunk to buy at the price you want is hard; and selling is very difficult for long stretches of time. But anyone who looks at the stats can see that this stock has been remarkably stable for a while now, and has been following a fairly predictable pattern. It just requires some rock-hard patience (for the buying and the selling) and some spare cash that they can leave in one place for a little while; but on the plus side, it's not constantly nose-diving like so many pennies.
This isn't a lottery ticket flying star stock -- right now it's just a stock that offers real potential for some nice, fruitful little gains.
Of course, eveyone should do DD before buying in, and post your DD here. Thnx.

Great post Lucas!!!! I love this slow girl but i am going to try to start loading up in it... Lucas there is always a bag holder in every stock in the market.. There has to be people that buy on the way up and at the top.. hahaha sad but true..I try to make sure its not me buying on the top..hahaha

Guys this is huge! On friday there was a 6mill share order and there is something serious going on here.. There were (2) 3 mill share buys and the chart is set up for a huge run.. JMHO

where is everyone? dead day today lol... classic behaviour of someone loading up! Drive it down and grab them cheap.. I have my orders set now for my heavy load .008 or so.. may not go that low but i have my toe in the water now and its a waiting game! JMHO
