I have had this thing for 2 years and it is nothing but down. Just because it has finally hit bottom doesnot give it a reason to turn around. They have done nothing and have nothing beside trying to sell tv's in the UAE...not so easy money.

Hey Devil you might just have somthin here. I know many of you don't think much of this one, but I was in this one way before this thing ticked .02. I sold, but now it looks tasty again. No business no tv deals, but if GMED goes well this will piggy back it. I just picked up a 9 count this mornin....nice catch Devil you dog you =O)

Let me reply that you and I have both posted about accumulation taking place in the last few months; but if you care to look at the link provided you will notice that heavy accumulation really didn't start until about the middle of June. That means that the dilution you talked about was by no means linked to previously reported accumulation. NOTE: The real accumulation has taken place in the previous quarter and the current month of October, both of which have not yet been reported on a 10Q. Look at the graph closely and you will notice that fact too. Good night all!

Yep this will come back at some point and as long as no RS with the 3.5Bl OS then we should see a pop. I called the other day just to see if anyone would pick up the phone, and wouldn'tcha know it...only two rings then a "Hello". "ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
On December 10, 2004, the Company and another entity filed a lawsuit in the State of New Mexico against an individual ("the DEFENDANT") to recover $13,500,000. for damages and injunctive relief arising out of the intentionally tortuous conduct of the Defendant. On December 23, 2004, instead of filing a counterclaim, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Company and others for alleged malicious abuse of process, defamation, civil conspiracy, prima facie tort, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, but did not allege any amount of damages. On January 26, 2005, the Company filed a motion to dismiss that lawsuit. Because of the inherent uncertainties, a favorable or unfavorable outcome could not be determined as of this date as well as the amount or range of potential recovery by the Company in the event of favorable outcome or loss to the Company in the event of an unfavorable outcome. On April 5, 2005 an insurance carrier for the Company confirmed that it would provide legal counsel for the Company in the defense of the claims brought by the above referenced Defendant.
On April 8, 2005 the Company was awarded damages in the sum of $13,500,269 as a result of a two separate judgments against two former co-defendants of the above referenced Defendant. The Court's order also provides that the defendants must pay the Company an additional $905,794 as pre-judgment interest."
