I'm putting in more money tomorrow. I made a boatload selling stuff on ebay and I immediately ran to walmart when I saw the results of today in the afternoon and I bought several things, buying them one at a time and taking out a 100 cash back on each debit card (paypal) purchase. Brought the check to scottrade and will be adding those shares tomorrow. This stock has been very notorious for making you tons of money over the weekend. I am not waiting to see what happens monday.

Yeah this thing dropped traffic wise after that last mad-run. I was the first poster on page 300 I think, and that seemed forever ago. I rode PBLS and VWKM both a couple times since then as well as some others, IELM etc.

I hate to be the pesimist; and I must admit I sold the stock yesterday. Also, Im not looking to buy back in, so don't call me a basher. I just want to point out the old 10k incase some of you forgot b/c I know how emotions can get the best of you in these situations.
Part of this public awareness of our Company resulted from a service agreement we had entered into with Circuit City Stores, Inc. in October 2005 that commenced in November 2005 and ends March 2006. The agreement with Circuit City provided for a pilot program to be run in 27 retail stores and on the Circuit City website to promote services offered by us. On December 28, 2005, we entered into an amendment of the service agreement extending the pilot program until March 15, 2006. Although the overall number of subscribers obtained from the Circuit City service agreement was not considered significant in relation to the number of new subscribers added during the last quarter of 2005, we believe that our relationship with Circuit City brought more prominence and recognition to our Company. We will continue to seek similar relationships with nationally known companies or agencies to further brand our Company name.
This all seems to be past tense and doesn't sound like they were considering a national roll out. I may be wrong obviously, I just thought some ppl might want to read it before they dive head first into. GLTA and I still hope the roll out happens for you guys. Just take profits on the way up!!!

I did a little more DD for you guys. This explains where everyone is getting the 10 day period they have to terminate the contract. Now Im not an attorney, but when I read it, it sounds like the program ends march 15. If either company is having problems up til then they need to give 10 days notice to let the other company fix the problem or the deal will be terminated. By that I don't believe they need to give a 10 day warning i.e. march 5 to let us know that the pilot program is ending march 15. So, if march 5th comes and passes w/no cancelation news it doesn't guarantee that the roll out is on. Just thought I would point that out. Because, I was thinking of getting back in on the 6th, but after reading that I don't think it will matter. Hope this helps ppl!
G. TERM; TERMINATION. Unless earlier terminated as provided herein, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue through the end of the Pilot Program on March 15, 2006. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Circuit City may terminate this Agreement upon ten (10) days' written notice to GNF. Either Party may terminate this Agreement with cause, effective immediately upon providing ten (10) days notice to the other Party and if the other Party fails to remedy the breach within five (5) days of such notice, upon any of the following: (i) if either Party, or its agents or contractors, is in material breach of this Agreement; or (ii) in the event that (a) either Party becomes insolvent, enters into receivership, is the subject of a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding, or makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors; or (b) a substantial part of either Party's property is or becomes subject to any levy, seizure, assignment or sale for or by any creditor or governmental agency. Upon termination or expiration: (i) GNF shall continue to provide Services to Circuit City Customers who subscribed to the Service(s) prior to termination of this Agreement; (ii) both Parties shall pay the respective sums due to the other Party pursuant to this Agreement as part of the final winding up under the Agreement; and (iii) both Parties shall endeavor to provide reasonable transition assistance if and when the Agreement is terminated.

Well, if CC stores that were not part of the pilot program are having flyers and ads for GZFX, this deal has to be a go.
