stages of growth, developing a strong financial plan for the company, setting up a banking structure, working with international clients, and organizing all aspects of the
company‘s envisioning sessions.

In 1995-1997, she played a key role in the development and writing of the strategic plan for Illuminated Filmworks, the official sub-license film agency of the Vatican Library.
She also worked with a team of people to create the vision and sponsorship program for an international film festival for the United Nations, for their conference on Population and Development in Cairo.

Her background is first as a fashion designer, starting her own design company in Vancouver, BC in 1981 through 1986, and then as a professional in arts management - a highlight of positions which includes Executive Director for the New Zealand Society of
Designers (1987), Manager of Galleria Manzoni in Milan, Italy (1988-1989), a gallery specializing in the original and limited edition works of renowned artist Salvador Dali; Founding Executive Director of the Canadian Craft Museum (CCM) in Vancouver, Canada (1989-1991), VP Marketing for Producer's Workshop (1992 through 1995) and more recently, as COO Envisioning & Storytelling (1998-2000) - has provided her with
extensive experience in the arts and as an entrepreneur dealing with cultural and charitable organizations.

Michella has been a member of the Board of Directors for Arts Umbrella for more than 12 years (Canada's Visual and Performing Arts Centre for children Ages 2 to 19) and has just recently joined the Arts Umbrella Foundation Board. She also serves as Board Member of the International Centre for Global Ethics, Canada Board, Chairs the Advisory Committee for the Vancouver Biennale - Open Spaces Project in association with Buschlen Mowatt Gallery, and continues to be involved with several other charitable organizations in arts and culture.

jmichael,

Yes, I meant it's going to be almost impossible to get this at the bid. I change my order to .001 above the ask and they haven't raised the ask yet. I think you're right, they're tring to keep this thing from running.

Email from Michella Frosch...

Dear xxxx,

Thank you for your email,

Please know that there have not been any more shares issued to date. We believe that a number of shareholders dumped their stock into the market, which drove the price down, but we are still analyzing the trades. We don't believe there is illegal shorting happening. The risk for the investor is too great on such a price.

Thank you for your email, and I will respond more fully on Friday.

Please contact us again, and I will be happy to answer other questions.

Sincerely,

M Frosch

Well, the spread is getting smaller, but it happened by lowering the ask not by raising the bid.

yes J3 volume has slowed today and that is exactly what we've been needing ..slower/no selling is what most ppl are watching and waiting for before jumping in...

(i'm following this on several boards)

.015 & .013 J3

to be honest i read the chart wrong at first ..back on the 27th or whenever where the price fell to .005.. well it closed at the LOD leaving what is known as an inside gap oK

..well though it is considered as one of the lowest percentages of gaps that fill still as we know gaps in general just seem to have a calling to the down-side lol

..so psychlogically amostly like and excuse to come down.. oh well you live and learn and what you think you know gets confirmed...

actually overall this slower downward stalling has been a really good thing! you should just see all the post and charts flying over on IHUB. ..you can just see the weekend chatter or buzz if you will already begin.. tomorrow is apex clearly according to the chart and by Monday imho this thing will be like 'The Biggest Thing!!'

like here not a single negative post and i'm sure countless others not posting trying to get their fills (as we know not an easy task down here now)

so anyway my price your price.. doesn't really matter.. very forward looking from here!!! ;0)

Got my last position * .015 and very happy with that.

I am confident that this will be on everyones' radar very shortly, and those who aren't in will be kickin' themselves HARD.

This dip is so severe and so inviting, it is not to be passed up prior to inevitable run coming...
Good luck and congrats to those with entries!

It looks like this company has only been on the market a short time. It was .20 in August. Why did it fall so much? As far as I can tell there is no reason. If it can go down without a reason it should be able to go up with out a reason.

true J3 some say it's just simply the nature sometimes with IPO's/new companies...

..someone else said it was probably just a seller whether retail or within the company who wanted out ..no other reason that i've found...

hey i'm so surprised rickpic and gang isn't all over this ..anyone seen him? i know he is all about the 'fast-cash' and tomorrow is the 'big day' the last and final day for us down here in sub-pennyland again in my opinion.

..man i wish i was able to post my 4 day 15 or 30 min. chart on this for you guys but i can't because it's run by java.. the coming apex is simply beautiful!!
